“I arrived at Pep Boys close to closing time thinking I would have to make an appointment and go back another day because the online appointment I made had somehow been cancelled. The greeting I received was friendly. After checking his system, the person at the desk told me they would take care of me. They opened a bay that had already been closed and got right to work on my brake job and finished 30 minutes after closing time. I often say that good customer service has one foot in the grave and the other one on a banana peel. Not at Pep Boys Mansfield! They took good care of me.”

“Seen good and bad reviews but in my experience, they met all my expectations. Visit, few issues with their computers but didn't wait long. Up to date equipment, able to perform the standard eye exam, along with the review of my optic disc/nerve, retina and lens since I am diabetic. Doctor Frey, explained my symptoms and addressed all my questions without being in a rush. Knowledgable and experienced. Glasses, ordered a thin frame, lens fit the frame. Was told at the previous optometrist that my lens would be too thick for the frame I wanted. Ordered computer glasses with bifocals for reading, but the lens make the transition from the computer to reading without the traditional bifocals. Sleek and in love with my new glasses. Prescription is on point, clear vision. Price, slightly higher in cost, but for the expertise, the service justifies the cost. Great office staff, found my optometrist.”

“I used Coach Specialists due to the reviews and there ability to start work on the repair sooner than later. I hit a stone mailbox with my motor home (accidents happen). Andy was my service advisor and he was very good in his communication about what needed to be done. They do great follow up and go out of their way to make you happy. If there are details that you're unhappy with, they try to make them right ! They work great with my Good Sam Insurance, I had no issues. “Heard about this gem from a friend, and she did not fail me!! We tried the lemon raspberry cheesecake..... delicious it has a layer of cake then the cheesecake on the bottom.... loved it!! Also the German chocolate cake was so moist and the icing was everything, needless to say I'll be back... only on cheat day of course!!”
