“Went to send for my wife's passport, the lady at the front counter very proffecional and kindly asked us to wait at the table to far right for Roy . We were there about 45 minutes to early in case of we needed any more paperwork. Roy was extremely helpful, proffecional and very respectful, this government employees need to be acknowledge and respected for their hard work just like we like to be respected. They need to be respected like our Military, Law enforcement, firefighters and medical first responders. In case people don't know in Mexico as far back as I remember they do celebrate Mailman day on November 12”

Yeah the staff can act a little tired or they don’t feel the need to react to customers in a timely manor but unless you are in a hurry then this place isn’t bad at all. The staff is personable and friendly most of the time. The manager or owner is usually nice and friendly. They have a food place inside for added convenience if you are at lunch or on the go and the food is above satisfactory. Overall I would say this convenient store is a well ran store and the customer service is well worth the lazed attitude as long as you are friendly then they respond accordingly. I have no reason to rate any lower than a 5 star review.”

“I have lived here for almost 3 years. Any concerns I have with pretty much anything, are addressed promptly. I was skeptical of the buyout but its proved its worth. Shannon and her staff, especially Rivers and Andrea have been HUGE asset to me continuing to live here. They are prompt and most of all, fair and caring. The place is clean and tended to in all aspects. Its quiet and no drama or crime. Me and my daughter couldnt be happier to spend our time here till we are in our own house!
