This office is worth the drive! I was over 20 minutes late (due to unforseen circumstances), and he was still kind enough to see me, and remove some spots on my face!! The nurses made sure I was okay, the entire time, and even entertained my son, while I had my procedures done!! (My one and only babysitter wasn't free) I will always recommend North Star Dermatology, to those looking for a dermatologist!”

“GREAT worship, teaching and presence of GD, I was woke up at 3 am one night and the Lord told me to go to the website. I listened to every sermon several times and was set free, even while listening on a tread mill at 24 hr fitness (trying to keep from bawling, as I laughed and cried.) I visited the church the same week and loved being in His presence, no 4 point sermon telling me to "be better" but instead His presence changing my heart, healing inner wounds, and setting me free to be reconciled to Him. “Although I live overseas currently, am unable to see Kristin for my hair…one of the best cuts and treatments I have ever had was in her chair. She was spot on with her recommendations and following her recommendations helped to heal my hair from years of damage (self inflicted from too much heat and not enough protectant, cheap shampoo, etc). I still follow her guidance and my current stylist in Germany has complimented me on how healthy my hair is on several occasions. Any time I’m in the area, I will beg for an appointment! “My first appointment with Dr. Strickland was yesterday. I had to call because I was unable to find the office...even with GPS. Apparently they are in a brand new office...like only been there a week. I was so stressed that the GPS problem was going to make me late for my first appointment. Upon calling the office, the most kind lady gave great directions and led me right to the office. I'd already filled out all paperwork online so once there I waited no more than a few minutes before my name was called. I wish I could remember the lady at the front desk and Dr. Strickland's assistant. They were both so calming and competent. I'm allergic to latex and as soon as she realized there was latex gloves in the room, she removed them and went to wash her hands. When Dr. Strickland came in and got a look at my issue she was able to inform me of what she did know, without assuming too much. In a world where many doctors have looked to me to tell them what I need...Dr. Strickland was able to tell me a game plan that made sense and assured me that she would be following up with me next week when she is able to look at some diagnostic tests. That's where I am now. Everyone at Northstar Dermatology treated me with the utmost care and respect.”

“I (literally) have 9 Wells Fargo branches closer to me than this one. I even drive past a few of them to get there... for good reason. They know exactly who I am when I call. When I'm having issues, the people at this branch have ALWAYS pulled through. They make me feel like I'm a V.I.P. member. AND I've only been with Wells Fargo for 2 years. The credit union that I've been with since birth doesn't even come close in service. I'm normally pretty anti-corporate when ever possible. This is definitely an exception.”

“Close to most of the "Long Beach To Do" list. The Aquarium of the Pacific, The Pike, Pierpoint Marina, and tons of shopping and restaurants like and Yard House are within walking distance. So location is pretty good for an RV park. On the other hand the placement of this RV park is not the greatest. It's adjacent to the last exit on the 710 Freeway; bordered on the north by several 12-story office buildings; and bordered on the south by a mosquito estuary (j/k). Price is fair for what you get. Clean (mostly level) sites, pool, spa, bathrooms, showers, laundry, full hookups including cable, a little general store. Several maintenance & security on the grounds throughout the day and night. The place is entirely chain link fenced in plus barbed wire so we felt pretty safe! ? We only stayed one night but we'd come back again for a couple of days.”
