“Lots of promises and do not follow through. This is my second mattress and not happy with my mattress or this company. Will never refer to anyone. Be careful and make sure you get all your paperwork and everything signed and in writing. It will cost more money to pay a restocking fee and another delivery fee and promised to set the financing to 48 months no interest if paid in full and still not fixed. Be careful. 😡 On 1-4-2021 talked to the District Manager and we were able to come to a conclusion and make things right. I am very happy with the conclusion and the outcome. Great customer service by the District Manager. He will follow through with making the customer happy and I really appreciate the call and concern to make things right for everyone. Never could've done any better, she was super friendly and was superb in solving our problem. We were trying to find a receipt for a refrigerator we bought four years ago, we contacted Home Depot on several other occasions on that day but no other employee, not even the manager, could help us. They were all saying that a receipt four years ago was impossible to recover but Deborah was still able to. Being extremely friendly and using a simple name lookup, she was able to pinpoint our exact purchase with everything. She was able to really save us a lot of money with this receipt. I really appreciate her, she deserves the best, should even get a raise!”

Was told it would be a hard to find key. That is when I was told by a friend of mine I should go on line and see where a Key Me was and how if the machine was out of or didn't have the key. My key will be scanned and I would receive my copy by mail in 5 business days. I didn't get my key in 5 days. It arrived in 3 days and was a perfect match. I'd encountered a lot of aggressive sales people in the furniture sales industry with their over promise & under deliver tactics. Also, finding the furniture you like and having it available on the same day is unheard of in today's logistical dilemma. After going to just about every furniture store this side of the Metroplex, I walked into Stacy's. I didn't expect to find the exact type of sofa I wanted at a good price and available that day. Thankfully, I did and I can gladly say they were my last stop. Not wanting to deal with shipping, I was even able to pick up the sofa from the Stacy's warehouse in Flower Mound. The sofa was easy to install and just what I was looking for! A big shout out to Perry, my salesperson. He's a kind, honest person who helped me save money in the process. Will definitely give Stacy's a look in the future!”
