“The staff is very friendly and efficient. The Doctors communicate in easy to understand language and address your problems straight away. They take pride the patients success and create an easy to understand care plan. The appointments time from check in to leaving is usually less than 10 minutes and you appointment is easy to reschedule if needed. I have experienced less pain every week since I started treatment a month ago. If you have back, leg or neck/ shoulder pain you should give them a try, it has worked for me and I hope I get even better.”

“Dr. Sohail is a very knowledgeable cardiologist who takes time to make sure that I understand what’s going on. I’ve had times where I was really worried and he helped explain what was happening to me. Dahlia, his nurse practitioner, is a lovely lady and she takes her time with me. Jamie, the medical assistant is always pleasant to me over the phone and takes the time to explain things. I love the tech’s energy. Whatever I need to come in for an echocardiogram, she talks to me about everything. I love talking to her and laughing. The entire staff right now has been cut because of COVID. They have been referring all CPAP patients to a DME company since Mary no longer works with them. I really like the staff that they have right now because they’re not rude. There is a hold whenever I call though. I see only one person working at the front desk answering the phones when I do come in.”

The ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful and literally made me feel like we had been friends forever. Updating to add: today I went in for my procedure I was beyond nervous and anxious, Dr Patel, Javier, Lucy and Tracy were all so kind, patient and caring. They helped me to feel safe and comfortable. “Second week here, the rooms are cozy and great sizes, clean bedding/showers/appliances, friendly staff, I’m only 3 minutes away from work, great prices! The doors actually lock unlock a lot of places I’ve been here, see great things about the breakfast, but I’ve yet to try. They also gave me fresh towels without asking. Places I’ve stayed for multiple days expect you to ask or just to continue using the same linens, but not here! Clearly, 10/10!✨”

“I recommend Med-equip highly! I was at my wits end after I found out the Phillips Respironics bi-pap machine I was using for years had been recalled. Every company I called had hours long hold times or never called back. After 4 days of sheer torment, I found Med- equip. and the lovely people there. They are fabulous! They helped me navigate with my insurance co.and got me a new Resmed machine, tubing, headgear and all the needed supplies! I can’t thank these caring people enough!! “HIGHLY RECOMMEND! These lady’s are amazing, caring, helpful… etc I have just started here with my 3 kids, and my twins have autism, and they find it scary and overwhelming going into a new place with new people, but these medical assistants/Brittany took control and helped them as much as they could so they felt more in control and safe, The other facilities we attended, do not come close to the care we received here. The front desk was attentive and nice, even through there was a bit of a wait they still acknowledge us walking in, and let us know what was going on, instead of dismissing us which was highly respectable! My daughters and son will forever go here as long as the same lady’s work here! We’ve had trouble getting the twins everything they need to help us all deal with this diagnosis. The PA is amazing, asked all the right questions, and went above and beyond for my kids. She actually treated my kids like kids and not just people in here exam room she needed to get outta there. She took her time and understood that kids will be kids. She was in no hurry! She was AMAZING! The only place I’ve been that DOESN’T treat me like I “need to get a hold of my kids and keep them in line” they don’t understand and get overwhelmed easy, the medical assistants and Brittany, assuming she’s the boss she was so amazing with my kids, sat there and kept 2 of my kids busy while we were getting the other 1s vitals. This place is amazing! If you want a place where your kids will be taken care of this is the place you want to go!! The office is beautiful as well!”

The staff is caring and communicates well with me of what my loved one needs. Durenda the Director has always showed a love for all of the residents that you don’t see at other facilities. The facility is always clean and welcoming. I like the fact that my loved one has her own room, personal bathroom and is able to sit outside on the huge back porch anytime she desires.
