It took a few months to get my online account working so I had to submit a cashiers check which was annoying and inconvenient. It's working now which makes paying rent so much better.”

“Had the most amazing experience at the Star Villa- Casa Clark, in Playa Flamingo. The ocean view, with perfect ocean temperature, and uncrowded beach accessibility with the private pool/jacuzzi waiting- is unbeatable. My family and I loved every minute of the house and scenery, and beach activities. We all got to disconnect from our busy lives, and reconnect as a family. Diego is the man. He organized everything so that our stay was carefree and comfortable. He arranged all of or activities smoothly and made sure we had a safe and friendly driver. He organized our catamaran sail, zip lining, chefs, massages, jet skis, grocery deliveries, and much more. I also highly recommend Hugo, the private chef. He is a phenomenal chef, making a variety of cuisines like: Sushi, Costa Rican, Extraordinary seafood dishes, tacos, kabobs, fresh salads/vegetables, fresh fruit, and more. His cooks/helpers were great as well! They all went above and beyond, catering to everyone’s preferences and were a joy to be around. He and Diego make the best team for any trip. Hugo + his staff and Diego were always punctual and attentive with the pura vida attitude. They made our stay feel like our home away from home and were like family. We all wished we could take them back home with us. Can’t wait for our next Star Villa experience!”

“Kristin Hart been AMAZING, the units are stunning. She made my leasing process so easy as she has maintained a super busy few weeks. She genuinely deserves a raise and she’s good at her job. She met all my needs and requests. Over all the complex is great, parking is interesting but I’m not mad at it. Update: I love my apartment on the 3 floor but my neighbors are extremely noisy and you can hear EVERYTHING! I do enjoy the pool, and community events they host. I really love my neighbors as well just sound structure of the apartment isn’t the greatest oh and maintenance has been on top of everything! Parking is getting interesting as they expand but overall I do enjoy living here for now.”

“I stayed 2 years and the apartment is great, very clean, spacious. Great prices for the past two years. STACY, and Stacy only in the front office is the ONLY person I recommend speaking to. She truly ensures your experience is memorable. It was like having a good friend. Anytime Stacy was out of the office, I couldn’t get any answers. At times I’d be charged for forms anywhere between $50-100. I was told I couldn’t have others pay rent for me after my car wreck, and many more inconveniences. Yet, STACY always came back and fixed her coworkers mistakes. She is Johnny on the Spot! I would stay in the apartments just for her if it was closer to my job. To Stacy, I truly appreciate everything you’ve done for me and just making sure I had a smooth experience to the best of your abilities.
