I had gone to the Overton ridge location when I was given a completely inaccurate prescription. I called and was able to get a follow up appointment and was sent to the sierra springs location where it turns out my prescription is still the same as it always has been. I won’t go into detail about everything but I am glad I was able to get this resolved in a day and I am grateful for the care that was taken in handling this situation with me and my concern.
