The best prepaid service I've ever had

The absolute best T-Mobile in Austin. The guys there are helpful fast and knowledgeable plus fun. The manager very tall guy has a great staff, the place always is refreshing and tip-top. Wish they had more parking but that’s not their fault...garage in back is okay. Helped me several times and never disappoint.

I prefer this location of Austin T-Mobile stores, I’ve been to a few in Austin and none are as helpful as this location, last time I was there I was switching to the iPhone fam and it took forever, Felicia I think was her name, she was a nice sales lady and her coworker, didn’t get his name but he was also very helpful. They made my impatient son smile which was a definite plus, they also stayed late because my switch took a lot longer than anticipated so it was an experience to remember. I appreciate them for being so nice and helpful.

From over the phone and from when I first stepped in the store. the customer service and friendliness was just awesome. I really have to say thank you to Nicholas for all his help with both my phone and my son's phone. Also with putting up with our craziness. This has been far the best T-mobile store in Austin.

Went in yesterday to get a new phone for my brother, and the sales team was phenomenal! Dulce (it was her last day - T-Mobile is losing a good one) was super helpful, knowledgeable and hella patient. I usually go to the one at Hancock, but I'm glad we stopped at the Triangle! 10/10, they're amazing.
