Unfortunately, my vintage engagement ring was mangled by another jeweler in the process of resizing, and I thought the damages were irreparable. Abercrombie Gems was able to completely bring my ring back to life and fix all of the warping/breaks that had happened to it. Katy & Steph were super helpful in letting me know what exactly happened to my ring to make it disfigured, listening to how I wanted it look, and communicating how this process of getting it fixed would work. “I've been going to them since I was a child so I know how great they were already but today was the icing on the cake my son had been seeing a different eye doctor for 2 years (per his insurance) but for some reason today they wouldn't see him because he needed a referral I thought it was a mistake insurance hasn't changed for him in years. So TSO was right down the street they were able to run his insurance and even called them on speaker just so I could hear the insurance lady say we didn't need a referral at all he was good to go for an eye exam if we wanted him to be seen RIGHT THEN AND THERE it was amazing... maybe it was a slow day I don't know but they made this mama bear very happy :)”
