“I have used this location twice- perfect and easy place to go, particularly for those “I am not sure about this injury” situations. The MD seeing my son on our first visit was thorough in assessment and evaluation as well as instruction. The front desk on our first visit was borderline rude but past the front desk, it was wonderful. Obviously, I gave it another try in spite of the previous front desk issue and couldn’t have been happier. Even in the midst of Covid-19 precautions- the front desk staff was good at screening and temperature evaluation before entry and they were Kind. No rudeness this time. The PA-C was competent and thorough in assessment, history, evaluation and diagnosis. I am happy DOC exists and will continue to use them for my orthopedic needs.”

“I had an absolutely outstanding experience in all areas: 1. Customer service: my call was answered promptly by a professional, friendly, and well-informed staff member. She was able to answer all of my questions I had regarding setting up the appointment and the procedure. She also empathetically explained several accommodations that could be made to minimize any discomfort during the procedure and made a note for my team. 2. Arrival/check in: I had no issues locating the office or finding parking. Before entering, a staff member checked my temperature, then I was checked in and called for my procedure in under 5 minutes. 3. Procedure: I was taken care of by Melinda Vargas, who provided the most comfortable experience I have ever had during an orthodontic appointment. She provided accommodations to help with sensitivity and performed the procedure flawlessly. I am so grateful to have found this team!”

“I had a stroke and needed to consult with a neurosurgeon. My cardiologist made a recommendation but I was unable to see that person because I didn't fall within his specialty, so I settled for his associate. I hate not having a recommendation. I will say this: I HIT THE JACKPOT WITH DR. COOPER. He is smart, kind, compassionate, articulate and sensitive. He listens well and answers questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. He doesn't have one foot out the door while he's talking to you, and he doesn't have the big head. I had a cerebral angiogram and will likely have another procedure or two. Genuinely nice man, extremely competent and very, very kind. Support staff is awesome, too.”
