Unfortunately, my vintage engagement ring was mangled by another jeweler in the process of resizing, and I thought the damages were irreparable. Abercrombie Gems was able to completely bring my ring back to life and fix all of the warping/breaks that had happened to it. Katy & Steph were super helpful in letting me know what exactly happened to my ring to make it disfigured, listening to how I wanted it look, and communicating how this process of getting it fixed would work. They were able to fix my ring in less than a week, and the work was immaculate (at a very reasonable price, too). Thank you so much for a great experience! I couldn't be happier with my ring.”
