“Found DBL Check by doing a Google search and they had great reviews. I was skeptical at first but then when I searched for inspection companies I ran into DBL Check again with a ton of rave reviews. I reached out and the know via Yelp and set up a call. What appealed to me was the thermal imaging and the rave reviews about how detailed the report was. I purchased a move in ready home and Allan was my inspector. He did a fantastic job just like the reviews stated. Report was super detailed and while there were no major issue found it gave me peace of mind that they were able to find other moderate issues but being thorough with the inspection process. Overall, great work my Allan and DBL Check for saving me thousands in repairs down the line. Builder looked at the list and thought everything was reasonable to request and fix. “I've been living here since 2019. Overall the community is well kept. The area is quiet and safe. It's a huge plus that I know most of my neighbors as well as the office staff! The property is going through a remodel which is really nice. The only negatives I have are that the security gates have never worked and that the gym could have better equipment and be kept cleaner. Other than that, I've really enjoyed my time here and the location is ideal since its pretty central considering we are in the suburbs of Austin.”

“We had a great time at Open Air. We stayed in the Lucille which was spacious enough for a couple but could probably fit 2-3 more kids/adults. The unit was well equipped and we found the beds to be firm but comfortable. The resort was quiet and had extra bathrooms and showers - we didn't try out the other amenities. Our only con was a few cleanliness issues in the unit mainly that the floors were dirty - so much that the bottom of husband's feet were black after walking on them. We would still stay again - just bring our swifter or wear house shoes.”
