“I have gone to the Fitness classes, had Massage Therapy and Acupuncture. I have also rented their meeting space. All of the services are excellent. You walk in and it feels like home -- a very comforting and peaceful atmosphere. The prices are excellent and you don't feel like a number when you come. They don't rush you out and yet they respect your time too. I like that. The Core PiYo is great for all ages and fitness levels and yet challenging for a great workout. I also like the variety in each class. The Massage Therapist is sensitive to my needs and does an excellent job in communicating with me. She was able to get all the knots out of my neck and got all the kinks out of my muscles, which I desperately needed. The Acupuncturist is very professional and can sense exactly what I need done/addressed in each session. I can already sense a significant change in my appetite (which is one of the reasons I went). But he is also dealing to other underlying issues that have been contributing to my overall problem. I was a total newbie to Acupuncture and he made me feel at ease. I know healing and wholeness is a process so I'm glad this place is around to help me through it. And for someone who likes to maintain a healthy lifestyle without the "band-aids" and medicine, this is definitely my "go to" wellness center from now on!”

“My first class was a Rhythm and Core class with Kelli (one of the co-owners). The studio is great. It's an intimate, clean, and modern space. The class was 45 minutes of rhythm based cycling (similar to the Austin studios - Ride & Love). There was a big range between RPMs - hills, sprints, jumps, and fun choreography. It was a great workout. At the end there was an optional 15 minutes of core exercises on a mat. I can't wait for my next class!”

The tail is super comfortable, by the way! I was impressed with all that we were able to explore and accomplish within an hour! “I think Pure Barre is one of the surviving barre places here in Round Rock since COVID hit. It's a little pricey compared to other locations & this is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. But if you want a close location in your home town then it is worth the extra money. You get a great whole body workout with amazing instructors. These instructors are willing to help you out and give you some modifications if you need it. Everyone is nice with a welcoming smile ready to help out! Check it out! You can come in for a free class before you commit.”

“We took the tour this morning and we're impressed. We're considering joining. It's smaller than the nearby Gold's Gym but had newer/nicer equipment. It's locker rooms have saunas and they have a recovery room complete with massage chairs and hot and cold tubs. Their family rates are cheaper than Gold's but individual prices are higher. The gym is across the hall from Chaparral Ice and there are two nearby massage facilities. Numerous other health related businesses are within the building as well. Overall this is a place I recommend evaluating for your workout needs.”

I only deduct a star because I had a weird interaction with the personal training program and a personal trainer there who is no longer working there. It kind of turned me off to doing any extra programs with Gold's gym in general. I only stopped going to this gym because I moved shortly after I signed up.”

“I have two children that train with Master Filmore after school. They also provide the transportation from several different schools all over Williamson county. I am amazed daily with the progress I see in my children in their school settings as well as at home. I recently received a call from my youngest sons principal and gym teacher with praise of how he is one of the most respectful and well behaved children at his School. “We put my 3yo daughter in gymnastics several months ago, and she has LOVED it! The coaches are all so sweet and patient with the little ones, but I have also been watching them with the older girls and they seem very skilled and knowledgeable. Most recently, when we needed to temporarily withdrawal for some personal reasons, they were so nice and understanding- wishing us well and even forgiving the typical 30 day cancelation policy. We will ABSOLUTELY be back in the next few months, and I highly recommend them to anyone!”

“I would trust all of the coaches any day to teach me CrossFit, strength, or just get moving. They are extremely professional and attentive to ensure you do not incur any injuries. “Ok, here is our secret weapon. I highly recommend Jeff and Absolute Sports Performance to all parents of teenagers that play sports. At the beginning of the summer I started taking my 13 year old son (football player) to Jeff twice a week and we've seen a huge improvement in both confidence and ability with our son (A team, starter baby!). During the season we are doing once a week.
