The entrée also included a small dish of baked cinnamon apples that complimented the pork chops perfectly. Gabriel was a fantastic, young server who didn't miss a beat. “I’m really hard to get 5 stars, however Firo is definitely worth the visit. I got a pizza, and the crust which is to me the most important when it comes to pizza was just the right amount of crisp while leaving an adequate amount of softness to it. The ratio sauce to topping was spot on in my opinion and the customer service when lacking in many areas for most places did a great job at Firo’s. That definitely adds to the experience. Flavor was plentiful, and quality was not lacking. I also like the presentation and decent symmetry when it came to the pizza. It shows not only in the care of making it, but also helps with each bite! Definitely will return if I’m in the area.”

“My husband and I have loved meal proz so far. I'm shocked by how tasty all but one of the meals has been!!! I had a full salmon filet and broccoli once, and then the next night a salmon cake and green beans and I didn't even notice I had salmon two nights in a row! I could never cook so much great food ahead of time and I'm glad this place exists for us. We're busy people and try as we might try to cook nutritional meals, we just don't and get fried fast food instead, and we don't feel good afterwards! The only dish I haven't liked so far was chicken fried rice. I thought the chicken was overcooked and I think it should have been named grilled chicken over rice and carrots, because that's more like what it tasted like. I actually might have cooked it for 2:30 in the microwave rather than 2 minutes. I'm not sure. Turkey meatballs and spaghetti were good too.”

Friendly and inviting, clean, bathrooms clean, and our server Nelly, was absolutely adorable. And even though there was somewhat of a language barrier, she got it all correct. She was sweet and attentive. Chips were warm and crispy, and the chicken fajita tacos, OMG!! To die for with that fresh cilantro!!! Yum!!! Can’t wait to go back when the cravings hit again!! “Talk about 5 star service, tucked away in Leander! . When I walked in, the hostess greeted me and walked me over to my seat in the main dining area. But I was more fascinated by the bar lounge, so I found a good spot at the bar. . The bar stools are one of the most comfortable chairs I have sat on. It's the perfect height to the bar and the bar countertop is a good size to where the bartender is a comfortable space from you. . The inside of the restaurant was clean, and it felt like you were eating at a downtown restaurant. . At the bar, I ordered the shrimp and sausage plate. It tasted so good! I asked the bartender if the chef owns the place, because it felt like the chef had served me a masterpiece. . Talking about the bartender, I have to give a huge shout out to the management team that trained the team members at this location. Everyone was professional, courteous and most importantly fun to chat with. Also, the bartender made a mean pineapple margarita! (Highly recommend you get it!) . The inside of the restaurant was broken into booths, main dining, bar, game area, and patio with a game outside as well. . The management team at the Republic hired a great interior designer. The restaurant felt complete when you walked in, and the service definitely made a strong impression on me to return back.”

Belgian waffles with blueberries added, whip cream on top, soft butter and maple syrup - added 1 scrambled egg. I didn't leave anything but a dirty plate! My dining partner had 2 overeasy eggs, biscuit and sausage gravy and hash browns. Gravy was a bit salty but otherwise tasty. Full bar and soft drink beverages...order specialty coffee at Perky Bean Coffee shop next door and it will be added to your tab+brought to your table. All this for under $28. The wait staff were friendly and cleared dishes as they walked past the table. Highly recommend if you are out near 183 & Hwy 29.”

It’s the cutest local spot with grab and go food and snacks and of course juices and smoothies. The lady working immediately told us everything is organic and natural, no powders used. I ordered the caffeinated monkey - Banana, Peanut Butter, Cacao, Honey, coffee beans, Almond Milk and I added berries. This was from an extended list of smoothies they have on a paper on the counter top. Highly recommend if you’re a peanut butter fan.
