The selection of products and feed they have is by far the best in Decatur. They have even started stocking products they didn't use to carry, to cater to our needs and needs of others. “First off I want to say that everyone I met was very helpful and friendly. My disappointment is with several things however. Part of going to a dealership instead of another place is to have the service appointment and have the service guy walk up to you and tell you that your vehicle is done. I made an appointment 48 hours ahead of time online and showed up 15 minutes early but upon arrival I was told that appointments don't matter as they don't really have any schedule and that it is first come first serve and that I would have a three hour wait. Bummer, but I went with it in part hoping it wouldn't actually take that long. To my relief it wasn't 3 hours but it was over 2 hours. This was my first time at this dealership's service department and I had to find my rep after getting a text that it was done. This is and the false hope of scheduling is actually why I didn't give 5 stars. I want to give five stars but because of this I can't. Kyle was nice, but I am used appointments getting ahead of non appointments and my reps going to the waiting and explaining things and then taking me to the cashier. Maybe I am just spoiled but this is the standard I am used to, having experienced this standard with several brands and dealerships. I had been waiting for 2.5 hours go the extra mile, I am really nice not the angy nut customer. I try to go the extra mile to be nice. Perhaps this was just a one-off and I am absolutely willing to update and improve the rating. Updating as Hallie from Karl Klement Ford called and explained that their appointment system just went online this week and that Kyle hadn't known that it was up yet. I can understand this, new systems always have hiccups. She said in the future it will work as one would expect. So I am going up from three to four stars for now and when I go back hopefully we update this to five stars. Thank you Team Karl Klement Ford for the effort!”

I had the pleasure of doing business with sales rep Clay Estes. This gentleman went above and beyond to get me into a brand new vehicle. He dedicate a large amount of his time to get me approved and he kept me updated throughout the entire process. “So I was looking for a golf cart charger, trying to keep my money local, stopped in and did not figure they would have one. greeted the minute I walked in but not pushy. asked and they were apologetic they could not help me. But recommended another local supplier. Owner was on site, actually sweeping the floors!! he spoke up when he heard what I was asking for and told me they recommended ordering online. ?? he said they could sale me one, he just tried to buy from them, the recommended company only sold chargers with new vehicle sales. Once here told me of best place to get quality chargers AND charger company is actually based in Oklahoma. MADE IN AMERICA!!!! got to love small town America”

“My grandma likes my butt in Wranglers. It’s true so every time we see a western type store we stop so I can try on the latest fashion. Headed up from DFW to Wichita Falls and stumbled upon this place. It’s absolutely amazing. Made me want to be a real roper. Hat selection was unreal, had about a million ropes, very stylish western wear, fun stickers at the registers, tons of cowboy and horse stuff that I don’t know a thing about and the service was pretty good. Kleinschmidts in Higgensville MO is as impressive, go see both though, they are both so different yet equally impressive. I’ll be back. I’ve told my whole neighborhood and several people I work with already. Would be worth a trip up on a Saturday from DFW or Abilene. Super duper cool.”
