What really impressed me was their dedication to customer satisfaction. Before we picked up our car, they changed the ABS sensor that was glitchy. We had a blinker problem with the car not 10 minutes after we drove it off the lot. They happily fixed that problem too. I've dealt with some shady used car dealers in the past. “Whitney Patton helped my husband through the whole process. She did a great job and made an honest and fair deal. We were interested in the Jeep Wrangler High Tide edition and they had just sold the last one on the lot. She was able to get another one for us and required a $1,000 deposit to hold it upon arrival. This made us uncomfortable due to the negative reviews but they stuck to the negotiated deal made over the phone. We sent pictures for the trade in, got an estimate over the phone, which was a fair price. They did NOT add extra fees once we got to the dealership either. We live about 2 hours away and did everything over the phone until it was time to go pick it up. Kept us updated while we waited for it to arrive…just all around good communication. I am so happy with my first Jeep purchase and definitely recommend this dealership. Several people tried to buy the Jeep before we made it there and they held on to it for us since we put the deposit down. Nothing but a great experience! Great job, great dealership and great staff.”
