My service provider was Ryan J., he was nice, efficient, explained things in a detailed enough manner to someone who knows little to nothing about cars. It’s easy to feel like some service providers are trying to sell you...well, services that may not be necessary, again especially to someone who knows nothing about cars, but I def didn’t get that sense this time around. Everything was simple, straight to the point, and easy from check-in to check-out. Checkout girl was also very friendly and personable.”

They need to post closed and by appointment only so people do not take the drive in vain. **** In response to the owners response. I did call multiple times, starting in the morning, completed the form also before I drove. I took the drive because google said open until 5:30 and still today nothing, only the reply to my review which I wanted to respond too but it appears this is the only way I can by editing my review. Definitely there is a process failure when handling the Texas show room remotely. **** I have updated my rating based on the response this week from the company to correct the issue. They have also updated the hours. They are definitely demonstrated they want to do right for that I have changed my rating.”
