“I arrived for an inspection. There was a line of cars waiting for an oil change. One cool guy, when I told him why I was there, told me to pull around to the side and he'd get me started. I did, he did, and the inspection was done before I knew it. I had planned on going downtown to the tax office to renew my tag with my fresh inspection. It was close to 5, I asked the cool guy if he knew the tag office hours. Yes, 5, I wouldn't make it. But THEN, he told me I could renew my tag (with the green renewal sheet) at Kroger's! I said And they'll give me the little sticker for my car? He said yes, I said THANKS! And then, thanks to Take 5's awesome attendant, I was able to make my car legal at 6pm! Thank you, Take 5!”

From the beginning I was kept up to date every 2-3 days as my truck went through the process of getting the passenger rear bed repaired. The truck was promised to be ready on a certain day and Chris who was the estimator that was assigned to my truck came through in his promise to have my truck ready before a weekend trip we had planned. The day my truck was ready Chris did not like the specs of dust and a little bit of debris that was in the paint he wanted it repainted. I would have probably never noticed without him pointing it out specifically so I was grateful for his honesty. I took my trip and got back, they put me in a loaner and repainted the bed and in 2 day it was all finished up. Such a great experience with Chris and Derrick with everything they did to go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this Service King in South Fort Worth.”
