The tire in question was a warranty issue and they handled it without any hassle. I was charged just the road hazard fee on the replacement tire and that was it. This was on a Saturday when they were very busy. I was informed it would be approx 2 hour wait, which I was prepared for. After about an hour and 45 minutes they were completed with the tire replacement and rotation. Every tire I have bought since I moved to Texas is from Discount Tire. They have earned a customer for life. They continue to give me quality service even if it's a free repair.”
