“Big Thank you to Dr. Paul Spence at Spence Family Dentistry. Last Thursday I was eating some Halloween Candy and broke off an old porcelain crown. Called the Dr and left a message on his emergency line. He called me back 5 minutes later. He said, "I am reviewing your file and that is a crown I put on in 2014. That has a 5 year warranty on it. It will be no charge to fix it." Offered to have me come in on his day off on Friday to fix it. Integrity and honesty is a HUGE deal to me. I would have never remembered that he put that crown on in 2014 nor would I have remembered it was under warranty. If you are looking for an Honest, Good, Caring Dentist. Dr. Spence is the man! His Dental Hygienist was a sweetheart too! Super nice girl!”

I have a newborn at home and since I was already there he squeezed me in and went ahead and took care of the filling because he knows how hard it is to get away with a baby and two toddlers at home. “It’s unusual for me to get online just to rate a business, but honestly this Discount Tire location went above and beyond for me. Customer service was how it should be; friendly, to the point, honest, taking the time to listen and assist with the customer’s needs. I went in for a tire repair 1 hour before close and ended up purchasing new wheels for my F-150 (which I’ve wanted to do for awhile). After the front desk team member patiently worked with me, another team member drove to another location to pick up the wheels, as they did not have them in stock here. They changed my flat tire, put my new wheels on, and to top it off polished up my tires. Couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Great team and great work. Also LEO friendly which is a plus!”
