Everyone is quick to greet you cordially and every interaction I had with the staff was a pleasant experience. I felt confident that I was being cared for and comfortable with the work being done. The location is easily accessible and extremely well kept. Cleanliness is a big make it or break it for a lot of people, and I was truly satisfied with the level of sanitation. Their ability to plan out treatment is flexible and explained thoroughly. They have great follow up and reminders to ensure you don't miss a visit. Dr. Trevino is very personable and does great work. This location will be my go to for as long as I remain in San Antonio.”

“I did some fairly extensive research before choosing an implant surgeon for my wife and rated Dr. Schmitz head and shoulders above anyone else in South Texas. He has the highest level of implant certification and has served on the faculty at U.T. (their faculty members are typically the very best in their respective fields). His office is mid sized with a focus on patient care for single patient volume. He is something of a perfectionist who will accept nothing less than the best possible outcome for every patient. He spends as much time as necessary at each phase of the process to insure that outcome. He explains all aspects of the process completely and routinely calls his patients in the evening after a surgical procedure to insure their well being. My wife is well taken care of here. “I took my adult son who is challenged to Dental Plus clinic this morning. This clinic was selected by United Health Care, the insurance provided by Medicaid.I found Marlin in the front office, to be one of the best I have had the pleasure to work with in the 32 years I have administrated my sons affairs. Marlin is a professional in her job, who explained everything to my son so he understood because he had to sign his own paperwork. And Marlin was social to me while my son was in the chair. My son talked with me after the visit and said the following “paraphrased”. The dentist was nice to me. When asked if he felt comfortable and trusted the dentist he said yes. Same with the dental assistant. All in all the experience was great for me (father), and more importantly my son felt comfortable and was able to trust the dentist and assistant on the first occasion. Which was a urgent care situation.”
