“We can't say enough positive things about everyone at this clinic. Our child sees Dr. Shepard, who did his ear tube surgery. The doctor is very professional, knowledgeable, and also friendly with my one year old son. The surgery also went very well. The nurse (or maybe NP), Katrina, is super sweet and helpful. When my child was upset she sang the Wheels on the Bus to him and helped him calm down. The audiologist is the same way - very friendly and nice to our child. I've had to call the office a few times for follow-up care stuff and I never feel like we are bothering them. They treat us like we are their only patients. We've also never had to wait a long time in the office, everyone has been super prompt. Importantly, in our experience when they've needed to ask the doctor a follow up question Katrina calls us back the same day, usually within a few hours. This hasn't been our experience with some other doctors elsewhere, so we are so grateful to have found a doctor and clinic staff that is so friendly and courteous and responsive to our needs. Also, for our first appointment we were able to get in within 10 days (which was faster than other ENT places I called). Knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt - I don't know what else you could ask from a doctor and their staff. We would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!”

“Cammy is truly amazing. I have moved around a lot in the past 5 years and I do a lot of research to find a great match for a chiropractor. Dr. Hall takes time with her patients when she works with them. She does muscle work with me before the adjustments which is so important! My neck is my biggest problem and with her care she helps me stay pain free. I also get acupuncture done as well and its helped manage my TMJ and stress. “I broke my left upper arm into more than 5 fractures due to fall on the ice in Feb-2022. After surgery and metal plate insertion, the rehab part started. Went to Peak Physical at Warren in Frisco.
