For example my screen was cracked, more like shattered, my speaker was only working on speaker and my charging port was at its last charging capacity. Like I said its seen better days and because I love my phone I refuse to buy a new one so Jesse found a way for me to keep my phone!!! Jesse at total wireless found a way to repair my phone back to it maximum and optimal capability... Its like I got a brand new phone!!! Instead of pressuring me to buy a new one they were extremely sympathetic and mindful of what my phone meant to me and gave me the best deal at the cheapest price in town. “I had the best experience at check-out. The cashier was Lannie and she went above and beyond the duty. She was warm and welcoming and asked how my day was going. I asked her to check the price of two pieces of infant clothing because they were on the sales rack but wasn't sure if they were actually on sale. She checked and they weren't on sale but said that Target would honor the sale since I found the items on the sales rack. I was super impressed by that experience. She then went on to ask if the clothes were for my little boy, which I responded, yes, and he turns one month old tomorrow. She was excited for me and said they would be perfect. Her interactions were personable, friendly, and caring. It truly was the best experience I've received while checking out at any retail store. Finally, at check out, she mentioned that she thought there was a sale on baby items to which she found the sales paper and find that if you purchase $100 of baby items that you get a $20 gift card. After some calculating, she helped me figure out the amount to which I needed to purchased a few more boxes of formula that were already in my cart to get to that amount and receive the gift card. She went ahead and checked me out and held on to my bags, while I went to retrieve the additional formula, making sure to keep her line moving and customers happy. For a dad still trying to figure out the whole parenting situation it made for a warm exchange and helped us save money. I am grateful for Lannie's customer care.”

I got back on and 10 min later I get a message stating i had no more data... the help I received was beyond any help at any place. They helped me with a new and better plan and a few buck cheaper.. this location I give 10 stars but I can on rate a 5.. i didn't get the name of the gentlemen who help me but anyone shoes them this or u guys trying to see who helped.
