At least they know if be shafted and told me Echo would say its my fault for exploding and screw me on the warranty and not pay for it(which i confirmed with Echo themselves) but at least the dealer gave me a heads up saving me the deposit. He also brought it to my attention echo does not cover labor - even under warranty(7year is BS parts only), so i chucked the hedge that exploded and replaced my other broken echo blower ignition myself.”

I quickly received an update on my order and was connected with order specialist, Sandie Longs. She has been a life saver. I've had to make multiple changes to my order and she's been there every step of the way. She was responsive and extremely patient as I gathered item numbers and change details. Aside from Sandie's awesome customer service, this Lowe's location has a great selection of products and specialists are always on the floor ready to help (especially in appliances).”
