“My husband and I went in for a truck load of items from concrete blocks to mulch, edging, and other items. We saw a young man loading a truck by himself. We walked in and and saw at least four other employees and not one asked if we needed help. A young lady and a guy were talking in a corner instead of working. Another was sweeping. The last one was on his phone. They all saw us and looked the other way when we were trying to load items on the cart. We were in the back of the garden center. My husband went all the way back to the front and the young man that was unloading the pickup truck said he will help us shortly. Mostly by himself he loaded two really heavy carts and we needed a third cart.It bothered me so that all the other employees were not helping him and just watching. I had to go tell the guy on the phone to come help good coworker. To make a long story short Thank you GARRETT! For care, compassion and helping us load out items. This store is blessed to have this young man.”

“It's a great place to go for certain items. There are some things there that are just unbelievably inexpensive and those are probably things to steer away from. What I mean is things like an angle grinder is incredibly cheap there but the quality is not really good. However other things like towing supplies jacks, etc. are reasonable quality at a good price. My favorite item from harbor freight is my hydraulic lift cart. It works great. It will lift 500 lb and it has wheels to roll it around. They also have a 1,000 lb hydraulic lift cart. Both of these are very reasonably priced and good quality.”

Checked the car, walking back in a customer asked if I lost my wallet, told me she gave it to customer service. Customer service thoroughly checked to make sure it was mine before giving it back. “I frequent this place and although the staff look beaten down the store is well stocked, and bathrooms are always clean. In the kitchen gadgets/appliance section the ceramic griddle is a must for $20 and 2yr warranty for $3 just makes it a purchase that won't go wrong. I frequently buy groceries here and the produce I have gotten has always been good however they did have rotten food on the bottom storage bins so just be careful. Their hot sauce selection is fire 🔥🔥 Their baking section for alternative sweeteners and flour is also note worthy (mung fruit sweetener, cassava flour both around $5) I buy the large egg packs here and their best price in town beating Costco at a whole $1.17 in price. Their auto center has good pricing, their auto center supply though usually run out of things 🙃 This location for hair products is also on point but for some reason don't have a lot of serums from the lines they carry.”
