“Update: Darlene reached out to me and we discussed my issues to find that it did not fall on Apria. She's willing to get to the bottom of my issues so that this doesn't happen to another loved one. Although the equipment came from Apria, it was Home Health that supplied it, and there was no record with Apria that my grandmother had services with them. I appreciate her reaching out and getting to the bottom of this. It won't bring my grandmother back, but if it helps the next person, I'm happy! This company is horrible. Had I not been overseeing my grandmother's care, they would have killed her. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! NIGHTMARE!”

“The 5 stars are for the therapy team. Our PT Miguel was awesome. Very kind, helpful, gave lots of good advice and really worked well with our mom. The same for speech and Mrs. Kine. She explained everything so well and even informed us of some things that we hadn't thought about. She was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed her sessions with my mother. The OT was good too, but I don't remember his name. Most of the nurses were very kind and patient with mom. I'll come back later with names of the ones she thought was 5 star!”

“I have been here a few times and while the wait times can be a bit long, the staff are always exceptional and really doing their best to provide quick care while not sacrificing quality and cleanliness. Samantha and Lexi are two of my favorite people to see at this location and I was a little sad to hear they will be relocating to Commerce, as that means I may have to drive a little further to receive the care I am used to. We will miss them here in Greenville!”

“This is not an urgent care. It operates like an ER but BETTER! Myself, & my daughter have utilized SignatureCare (3 times) and each visit: Admittance was swift, with excellent care and service provided. This facility offers everything an ER does, their ultrasound service is outsourced (aka: mobile) not on site. My experience was for pneumonia. THANKFULLY, the staff’s diligence found a gallbladder issue, ordered an ultrasound (which arrived in no time) and I was transferred to North Cypress H. (For surgical procedures) As SignatureCare ER isn’t set up for such critical care. I am grateful to all staff for their courteous professionalism.”

“Austin Dental Cares - really cares about their patients. When my brother was seen by Dr Tran she was so patient! She took her time and made sure is mouth and teeth were the best that it could be. My brother is in a nursing home and this was the first time he had his teeth looked at in years. He can't take care of himself. Thos doesn't bother Dr Tran she gets the job done! Dr Tran got busy and continued cleaning for 2 hours! Today he is back for his 2nd mouth care with Dr Tran. She found an ulcer and recommended a specialist to evaluate it. Dr Tran not only cleans, but at the same time inspects for possible issues. She is simply Amazing! If you are looking for a wonderful dentist- look no further!”

“Great school with fantastic teachers. My daughter has been training at 316 for 18 months and her growth has been phenomenal, both as a person and as a Jiu Jitsu player. Having grown up in the martial arts myself, I know how invaluable hard work and discipline are, especially for young minds. So when our daughter decided that she was done with cheer after competing for six years, I encouraged her to try Jiu Jitsu. In just her short year and a half in the sport, 316 has helped her to earn 5 gold medals and become a Jiu Jitsu World League Season Champion. Her confidence and self esteem has improved tremendously. And I feel confident she can defend herself if necessary. I can’t say enough good things about the school.”
