“EDIT 7/20/21 - I am editing my original review due to a phone call I received last week, and the way the bad experience was handled. I want to take a minute to thank Deb, who called me as soon as she read the first review and went above and beyond to fix the problem. The two technicians who came out this morning also went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and very professional. I understand we all have our bad days, but it takes true values to admit where there is a problem and then to fix it. So, thank you very much! You guys have our business in the future. Initial consult was amazing. Informative, professional, and efficient. Amazing experience. I am putting one star because of horrible customer service in their main office. I had a tech come knock on my door at 8am. Initially, I had told the man who gave us a quote I would get back to him - I needed to go over everything with my husband. Life happened and I did not call back to schedule. So having someone show up at my door, unexpectedly, took me by surprise. I did not open the door. I called the main office. The woman basically barked at me saying “he’s there to service your house, why don’t you go out there and talk to him?” My reply, “because I don’t know why he’s here. He’s a stranger to me, I have littles - I don’t open my door to unknown, unexpected guests.” To which she says “well, most customers put it on their calendar’s that their tech is coming. I don’t have time to call hundreds of customers a day before to inform them a tech will be coming by.” As a person who also deals with customers on a daily basis, this was an incredibly tacky unprofessional response. I was looking forward to doing business with a highly knowledgeable company. But her interaction has caused me to find another company to handle our needs.”

“Update: Thank you very much for the call. We appreciate you reaching out. Customer service is a very rare thing these days and we are honestly shocked to experience it again. Updating to 5 stars for outstanding customer service. I wanted to make this a 5 star review, and the first visit was. Madison was great when we went in looking for a new sectional. She gave us the tour and helped us look through the different choices and was just generally pleasant and enjoyable to do business with. The manager that helped us with setting up the delivery etc was the same way. So, first visit absolutely excellent. Skip to today, we go in looking to buy a recliner because of the great service the first time. Nobody else parked out front, no other customers wandering around inside and zero interest was taken in helping us. We asked about recliners and the answer was "all the reclining chairs are over there" and pointed in the direction of the front door. I didn't see what I was looking for so we went over to the large display they have to search through what they can order. During that time not a single offer to help. We came in looking to spend another grand and possibly more to replace old furniture in our house but will be looking elsewhere I guess. It's a bit disappointing really because we prefer to spend money in our own community, but again, Madison was awesome and we really enjoyed our experience with her.”

He even took the time to explain everything he was doing to my elderly mother-in-law and did his work to her satisfaction.
