“The staff here is great! Everyone is polite and helpful. They explained procedure and protocol very clearly. Her intake/surgery/discharge was done in a very timely manner. They have so many toys and trucks for the kids to ride on before surgery;) They also have movies and games. Literally, every single doctor and nurse was so caring and loving to my daughter. They took their time and had a lot of patience with my girl. This is the best hospital. I’m very pleased.”

“Beautiful & clean with excellent services from staff. It's affordable & patients are well taken care of due to good nurse-patients ratio, unlike some other bigger hospitals that I've been to. I'll always come again & again, thanks you all for all you do”

“Dr. Irr is amazing! He is one of the few doctors that has actually spent the time with me to understand the issues and gone through everything very thoroughly. He spent over an hour with me on my first visit ensuring he understood the history and helped come up with a solid plan. I would recommend him to anyone!”

“Did not finish program. Honestly, I do not believe in the steps or any program that if you leave you don’t get your money back, but they had good staff. Counselors are great. They are a business so what do you expect. Brian is the man to go to. Nurse is very caring.”

“I had a great experience at MedSpring in Kingwood this morning. From the greeting by Gabriela when I walked in, to the care by Toni, and the shot and discharge paperwork by Leslie, everyone was professional and efficient. They were all kind & helpful. Toni knew just what was wrong & how to treat. I felt comfortable & confident with the care I received.”

“Pharmacy: They are quick on refills and usually take no more than 5 minutes to prepare them if they have not already been done. They always go over my prescriptions with me, which isn't necessary, but I'd rather have the information repeated to me than miss something important. Health clinic: Front desk person walked me through the check-in process and was very friendly. Doctor was quick and thorough with my check-up (for a sore throat)and even talked to me about student health insurance. Didn't do anything excessive or costly, just wanted to make sure I could afford what I needed. Got me in and out in less than 30 minutes with an antibiotic waiting at the pharmacy. Once I got downstairs, the doc called the pharmacy after she realized the antibiotic would interact with my other medication and quickly got me a new prescription. Good thing! If you are transgender, consider this a safe space. During my appointment, I was never misgendered or called by my legal name, even by the front desk person, and the nurse was careful with the language she used when asking about my last menstrual. The pharmacists don't keep preferred names or transgender status in their documents, so it's a bit trickier, but a much quicker visit so it's manageable. Overall, the staff really stood out as knowledgeable and caring people.”
