“The view of the beach from my room was spectacular at sunrise! However the cleanliness and condition of the room left something to be desired. The room's phone didn't work and there was no mirror in the room at all. All in all, though, considering the price and location the Knights Inn was a pleasant stay in Corpus Christi's North Beach.”

“This was my 1st time staying there and I had a blast! Meet new people while fishing And catching crabs on the onsite pier. The location is nice and quiet. You can walk out your room and be feet away from your fishing spot. Love it!! Staff was friendly and rooms and price were good. Had an excellent stay and will definitely be back again”

“On Saturday, 07-28-18 I took my Daughter and Grandson to this park for the backpack and school supply giveaway sponsored by Quanie Cash and others. The event was nice, the food and music was good, and the backpacks was the best ever!! It was just a delight to have someone like Quanie Cash come back to his old Neighborhood and give back to children in need! What an awesome blessing at a peaceful event in a beautiful park like Frederick Douglass in the East Nashville area! ????”

“Pool and hot tub closed until end of May. But lobby has free cookies and orange water, fireplace, coffee, living room type seating. Very cozy. Rooms were very nice. Clean. Fridge and microwave in the room. Vending machines for drinks and snacks. Good continental breakfast. Laundry facilities on each floor and ice machines. Some noise from nearby highways, but not too bad. Great Mexican restaurant across the road.”

“Would've given 5 stars if the morning front desk was attended. The older 30's Hispanic woman is extremely rude. She will side eye you when you walk into the room. And ignore you when standing at the desk. I could hear her behind the wall at the desk but wouldn't help me. I literally just had to leave the key at the front and leave. Now, the lovely lady who seems to work a lot and assisted me with check in and other things throughout my 4 night stay was so nice. She was always smiling and willing to help. She gets 5 STARS! Breakfast is good. The lady who assists in the breakfast room was also always so nice. She has great people skills. Only wish the people who make the first impressions had the same people skills. Obviously only referring to the lady this morning. It only takes one bad apple y'all!”

“Okay, first of all I must say that Mr and Mrs Strickland we're amazing hosts. They treated us with care and respect as if we were family. If you like historical houses you must see this place. The hardwood floors on the first floor or original White Oak. They have a parlor set up, they have a formal dining room set up. The place is amazing and appears to be historically correct. There is a wrap around porch with comfortable chairs and small tables for visits with friends. The rooms are very comfortable and relatively sound proof. They have spent a lot of time and money restoring this home. Even if you don't stay there please, walk in the front door and speak to either of them. They will gladly give you a tour of the entire facility. They have a pool, and a spa that is in a secluded Alcove. There is an outdoor fireplace by the pool that they always have stock with firewood ready to go. Seriously, if you like historic houses and b&bs and are in downtown Austin you owe it to yourself to see this amazing place.”

“Extremely affordable rates, all members of staff are nothing less than amazing! It's very easy to tell that the manager here runs a very tight ship. There is Wifi and free cable, which made it easy to keep my children entertained. This facility allows pets, and is also smoking friendly (certain floors). I would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a "place to stay", whether it be for the weekend, a vacation, or just because!”
