“My Stay was great here. This is my third or fourth time staying here, so this is why I'm writing this review. This hotel has been consistently clean and professional. I really admire how friendly Jenny (front desk) and the rest of the staff is, as well as how clean the rooms are. The beds here are more comfortable than some other red roofs I've stayed. “My stay here was 6 nights and it was great. The man in the office was very professional and courteous. He didnt have the bed we wanted open so he put us in a double bed and once a king bed came open he moved us into it. The motel is very quiet and clean...”

“Get place to enjoy. Indian Trail Master Naturalists upkeep this beautiful gem of a park. Today a winter tree ID walk was led by Suzanne Tuttle, retired former manager of Fort Worth Nature Center/ ecologist/ nature lover. The weather was a treat as was the education. Great park/ great program.”

“My husband and I love camping at Loyd Park. We tent camp and can find shady campsites and a lot of them are secluded. That's important for us. We usually stay for about 7 days. We have a lot of camping gear so it takes us awhile to set up and take down. They have upgraded some bathrooms and they're really nice. Separate rooms not just stalls. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a store where you can buy things that you might have forgot and you can rent kayaks. You can bring your own firewood or buy theirs. The sites have a covered picnic table and firepit and usually a grill. Come stay here for camping or a day trip. You won't be disappointed.”

“Amazing place. Maria is super patient and not pushy at all. They have a variety of options to choose from and prices are reasonable. Delivery was quick and professional. Quality of the furniture is impressive and we will definitely go back to buy some more. Overall we have had a pleasant experience shopping here !!”

“We have stayed at this location twice. The first time was great. The second time we got a room that was missing a light fixture in the wall and didn't look as nice as the first room. Staff are always nice and friendly when we check in or out. Great location overlooking the lake. Plenty of nearby food options as well.”

“This place is paradise! At night time its quiet and peacefull. Very tranquil. I love living here! Pay your rent on time and you ll have an easy life here. This place is a Goldmine. You can buy or rent. Your choice. This is a great opportu ity for anyone trying to better themselves and save alot of money in the long run. Takes 30 minutes to get to downtown san antonio. No gunshots at night no drugs no weirdos hanging around. Very safe and amazing place to raise a family. The problem is people need to instal a fence around thire home then youll be having more privacy than queen elizabeth at buckingham palace. This place is the best in the southwest! Been living here 3 years now. Ill never go back to san antonio. Poteet is the best place on earth.”

“Had a great late season dove hunt. Our guide, Brendan from Double H Outfitters put us on a lot of birds both morning and afternoon. Although we didn't quite limit, it was because of lack of skill and not lack of birds. Great time. I would recommend. Thanks!”

“The wife and I had to travel to Lytle Texas for a funeral. My cousins who live in Lytle got with the Best Western to help out with the family coming in town for the services. The wife and I arrived and I can tell you this was a very very nice hotel for the price. If I could stay in the hotel in the room like this every time I travel I would be happy. The best part about our stay what's a hospitality other employees. I got the breakfast a little late and Tony was putting up the breakfast buffet. He saw that I came in late and offered to make me a plate. I will tell you that it was hot and it was good and the service was really nice from Tony. I think customer service has a lot to do for businesses and of the management keeps our employees this will continue to be a great place to stay if you're in the area. I just want to say thank you once again for the hospitality. Hector”

“Literal best lodging experience of my life. Not only are they dog friendly, but they are true dog lovers- to the point of personalized surprise gifts left for my pup and the owners and housekeepers going out of their way to let my pup out to potty when they knew I’d had a long day. And if it’s possible, the treat their humans even better. Linens, housekeeping, rooms/furniture, location, and THE HOT TUB were not only reliably spotless, but also truly glamorous. But on top of that, Naomi never misses a birthday or promotion to celebrate. She and Harvey are there for absolutely anything you might need them for, while giving you all the privacy and alone time you may need. The only bad part about this place is how much you’ll miss it once you’re back home.”
