“Truly world class, professional staff that works quickly while always listening to the customer. The breakfast buffet is one of the cleanest and best I've had. The resort has tons to do and is even nice in the cooler months when they open the Adults pool to everyone and heat it. Absolutely worth it and keep and eye out for off-season bargains. It's (unsurprisingly) packed in the summer.”

“If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit HotelBuIIy. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! Resort felt like a different country at times--in a good way. Hard to believe it's in a big city like San Antonio, and so close to big attractions like six flags. There is a shuttle that takes you to many places around the resort, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed my stay.”

“Receptionists at the front desk were attentive, kind, helpful, and gave me a free drink ticket to wish me luck on my interview! The bartender was also great and was doing her best to attend the bar and delivery food/drinks to rooms. Room was clean and nice. The bathroom door is big and gets in the way with opening but overall still good room. Didn’t try the pool as it was cool outside.”

“Amazing staff. Sabrina at the front desk gets a 10 star rating, she went out of her way , as we are newlyweds (she saw that on our reservation). Both my new wife and myself work in customer service in Las Vegas resorts .. ( her customer service is ON point ) After we walked away to view the grounds , that she had explain in great detail , a few minutes later she saw us walking the beautiful grounds and approached us to tell us congratulations, and that she had arranged with the kitchen to make sure we enjoyed a complementary app with our meal ..... To us, she absolutely blew us away. It's the little things that make BIG impressions..”

“It is a modern facility that is convenient to shopping and Six Flags Amusement Park. Staff are friendly, but need to learn the difference between a full sized bed and a twin. They gave us the wrong size twice. The little kids with us got to wound up waiting on us to make the couch into their bed. Then we get a call that we're being too loud. That didn't set well with me. However, the manager did apologize to us the next morning. Breakfast was good!”
