“Had a good stay. Everyone that worked there was pleasant & I felt very safe. Alot of these reviews must be old or from old management/workers. I will be back again. It's like an efficiency apt. People giving low ratings for not receiving extra supplies, you are told that when you check in. If you're complaining about that, maybe pay attention to what's being told to you from the very beginning instead of ignoring what's being told to you!”

“Wonderful stay! The mid shift gentleman was absolutely amazing. He helped me and my best friend during our stay every step of the way. He and the miss who does the audit are absolutely star Wyndham employees. They were friendly, helpful and just over all made the stay great! Not to mention the breakfast was great as well. This is why I love Wyndham as a employee myself ( front desk as well) I was so pleased how stellar they were it's great! 10/10”

“So far the best stay for your money. The rooms are larger than Hilton. If you were going to stay at a hotel please I recommend Quality Suits. It is comfortable and cozy. No kitchen but you get free breakfast. Wow that's a deal. You get a pool and laundry room. I love the living room. I feel so comfortable here. The staff is very kind and helpful. Quality Suits will be our first choice in the future.”

“I had a great stay! I came to Houston for a work trip and was able to check in early. They were closing up the kitchen as breakfast time was over when I arrived. The staff saw me looking around for food and they went out of their way to make sure I got some. The maintenance staff was also very nice and my room was clean. Shout out to Juan Ruiz for making my experience outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a long time with great pillows. There was coffee and a bottle of water and a microwave and a hair dryer and an iron etc etc. The TV was like 50 inches. Very pleased.”

“We ended up having a very late check-in after attending a wedding. The late night desk clerk was very engaging without being intrusive. It was a really nice conversation but gave you a feeling of welcome and true connection, not that our interaction was just a checking the box and getting us on our way. The only downside I would say towards our stay is that when we got to our non-smoking room the smell of cigarettes was definitely hanging in the air. After a call downstairs the front desk clerk kindly offered to change rooms for us but after a long night we decided to stay and just go to bed. The room was well laid out and the bed was comfortable we would definitely stay here again... Barring another smokey room.”

“Very pleasant stay. This is a well designed and maintained hotel. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was a good one. I was impressed with the room. It was much nicer than many Residence Inns I have stayed in. Staff was all friendly and helpful including the evening reception team. Nasheida at front desk was superb and went out of her way to help and say something nice to every guest I saw her interact with. I highly recommend this hotel.”
