“!Safe! On a Hill - (no flooding) and tucked back off the road, well lit parking and very quiet. Family & per diem workers recommended. ☆Fun contemporary decor w/ back pleasing chairs. ☆Clean - its covered in all other reviews but it is very clean. ☆ and a warm family feel from owners to staff. ------- I was stuck there 5+ days waiting on moving delays ... “Excellent hotel. Appears to be fairly new and very well maintained. Despite the proximity to the freeway there was no traffic noise in my third floor room even though the room faced the freeway. Easy access to and from the freeway for travel in both directions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Several restaurants within walking distance is a plus. Will be staying there again.”

“The people at the front desk are amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean and have a modern feel to them. Restroom is also spacious with a large, beautiful shower. Checking in and checking out is smooth and easy. Asked for late check out at no cost. Only down side is the lack of breakfast options, but that's okay since there's plenty of options nearby.”

“Recovered from knee replacement surgery at the The Colonnades at Reflection Bay and loved every minute of it. The interior is gorgeous, my room was beautiful with a private bathroom and little mini-kitchen. Most of the nurses were way above average; professional, knowledgeable and very compassionate. For example Nurse "Sheena" was an absolute doll who was very efficient, always supportive and i felt safe knowing she was right outside my door. She was always quick to respond to my needs but when asked eagerly helped teach me how to take care of my self as I got better. She did what appeared to be a very hard job effortlessly and with a joyfull attitude. And there were other nurses that stoodout as well. The food was wonderful. No doubt prepared by a chef that deserves a tremondous amount of respect. Meals were beauifully planned and executed!! Housekeeping, more specifically "Margarita" was extremely considerate and took care to keep my room constantly cleaned and stocked with what i needed. She was always cheerful and kind. Finally, i cant say enough about the quality of the physical therapy. My therapists, "Adam" and "Ces" were extremely knowledgeable and were determined and passionate about returning me to my former self. Their goals were even more ambitious than mine were. They worked with me, educated me, encouraged me and listened to me. They were my coaches and my cheerleaders and i couldnt imagine a better experience. And my doctor is thrilled with my flection and range of motion. My sincerest thanks to the physical therapy team, especially Adam for setting me on the path of happiness, wholeness and hopefullness for a life i didnt even realize was possible. Thanks to everyone at The Colonnades. You must pick this facility if you want an extraordinary skilled nursing experience and superior physical therapy.”

“This hotel is absolutely the best. Even the housekeeping staff is on point. I always share my dinner with one of them. She's great. The rooms are super clean. The shower is huge with 3 different water spouts. Blue,red,and green lights come on the square overhead shower spout allowing a romantic, relaxing shower experience.”

“They keep this place very clean! Good place to stay. The pool is heated year-round and they have a nice hot tub as well. Showers laundry room dog wash free air for your tires and plenty of spaces for your RV. Staff is friendly and the Clubhouse has a pool table shuffleboard workout machines weights television and they even have free coffee and popcorn. I especially like the outdoor TV and bar with the fire pit. They have a lake there too.”
