“Greetings! In the past couple months I have been searching for apartments. There has been many factors that I have been taking into consideration; one being the location and two, the willingness to solve issues and concerns that may affect my family and I. I am proud to say that Aero on upper Bay apartments have exceedingly met my standards and expectations. As I entered the office to ask about the property Jasmine, who is the Assistant did phenomenal with addressing all my questions and concerns that I had. She was confident and so kind when she greeted me as I entered the office. Her charisma about the property enhanced her service to curious clients as myself. Although she seemed busy and I arrived a couple minutes before closing she so willingly offered to give me a tour of the property and pointed out the rich components that the property carries. I definitely recommend this location! Ms.Jasmine delivered it all at once for me to feel certain. She was a delight and communicates well which shows how aware she is about what she does. The units look renovated which give off a compelling environment to live in. This was just my first visit. I Highly recommend !”

“This was a pleasant stay serving a great purpose! The breakfast attendant was phenomenal! I wish we could remember her name, she was so sweet and kind to our family. Check-in was smooth and seemless, the Business Center was convenient, and the snack shop a treat! A big thanks to housekeeping for keeping the clean bath linens coming! It was a stark contrast to the young lady who worked the nights of our stay, who seemed irritated that guests would have a request. We did encounter a slight problem with room keys, the electronic key on the App would nullify the physical key cards. The desk agent seemed to be annoyed with the request to reactivate the physical cards. Thankfully, her disposition did not have a lasting effect on our overall stay. Thank you for accommodating the needs of so many of the 5,000 extras for the recreation of one of the greatest miracles in history! Be sure to get The Chosen App to catch up on seasons 1 & 2 before season 3 comes out later this year! May God bless and keep you all!”

“My husband and I are from Austin and are visiting Rockport for our vacation. It's really beautiful and so is this hotel. We are staying in the King Suite. It's really spacious and extremely clean. The bed and the pillows and sheets/comforter are so soft and comfortable. We have a great view of the bay. And the price is reasonable too. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. They have a complimentary free breakfast and it's pretty good. We are having a great time and are planning to spend our next vacation here too. And all this is pretty amazing considering all of Rockport had suffered severe damage from the hurricane a few years ago. Very very enjoyable!!”

“There can be site flooding if there is a lot of rain. We haven't had any this year. Only certain sites flood, mine never has. Very well kept, safe, fairly quiet, helpful neighbors. Management is very helpful and keeps the grounds, pools, clubhouse, etc clean and safe. Large group of permanent residents whose RV is here and they aren't. We all know who they are and keep an eye out. Good place to live long term.”

“This isn't the best but it's not the worse! I stay here a lot due to business and will always come back. The front people have always been really helpful and super nice, it seems like house keeping comes at least every other day so the rooms are always clean. Also, I never seen any roaches, I was at the intown suites and they had a horrible nasty roach problem and this is why I came to the red roof. I never had a issue with anyone here so I'm always comfortable. Also, the price is really reasonable.”

“We spent 5 weeks in this RV Park and it was very nice. BJ (the manager) was great, he helped us setting up and always was very friendly and attentive. We have a 35 feet Fifth wheel and we had no problem going around. It was always well maintained, green areas nice. They also have a washer and a dryer, very affordable and the have a cool dvd movie collection there if you like that. The only thing that i can say it was not great was that we got a lot of rain (lucky us) and everything got flooded so if you encounter rain be prepare to wear your rain boots in and out, but all the area was flooded as well. “Stayed here over memorial weekend, the staff was super helpful in staying in contact over text message. The room was gorgeous and housed myself, my fiance, and our friend with room for another 2 people easily. Basics for cooking and some were all provided, large refrigerator, stove top, and dishwasher too. Highly recommend.”

“Very nice clean well kept small RV park. Atmosphere was so peaceful. Had trees for some shade. Meadows surrounding the park. Came in for a one night stay - last minute. Owners were quick to answer the phone and very pleasant and helpful. Even had free ice! You need to be self contained. No public bathroom. Did have an outdoor shower. We would definitely come back when we are in the area.”
