“As the owner responded to my Star rating immediately, I am writing a review just to appreciate the responsiveness. - I took the Extra. The car wash was all right. - The hand drying is where I had an issue. The gentleman who was to get the water off did a 2 minute work on the car. As I worked on my car to get the entire water off from all obviously visible places, he just stood at a distance and watched. - As a customer, I would rather be fine if you provide me with free vacuum as the hand drying didn't really mean anything to me. I am still increasing my rating from a 3 to a 4 Star for the owner's responsiveness and commitment. I do not want to hurt a business due to one person's callousness. Do note that it is not possible for me to always go out there and complain. It will be good if the managers are observing what's happening and supervising their employees and the work they have done.”

I have observed him for several years now and I see his commitment to giving the best at all he does. Last year I took part in selling him some new equipment and provided him some of the training on it. He is intelligent, thorough and detail oriented. He and his staff really care and I believe every patient will be given excellent treatment at his clinic.”

“Village North has been my home for 20 years. I really like this neighborhood. My neighbors are nice and I don't have any issues with anyone over here. Ana Lara-Carrillo the manager who runs this place is very kind. During this pandemic, she has helped out residents in need. She has given out fans in the summer time that has been donated to people that need cool air. She has given out new skirting for people that need to replace the old ones. She has designated a spot for people that need food they can pick it up. I have been able to drop off food at the same spot. She has really helped this community in their time of need. If you need her for anything, she is just a phone call away. It's a HUGE improvement from what I've experienced in the past from other management. She works hard to keep this place running the way it does and she really makes this place home. I love living here now. I hope it doesn't change.”

Our kids had a great time making friends on the playground and running around the park. It’s also the first park we’ve stayed at where you can walk to get a delicious latte from the drive-thru coffee spot at the front of the property. Will absolutely be staying here again!”

The next two days the day crew and night crew were no help. We had someone above us stomping so loudly and annoying. “This review is a little late but felt compelled to do one. Came in the night before my event which was Thursday the 21st. The afternoon clerk was friendly, cordial and informative. The room was nice and big. The bed was nice and comfy. The bathroom counter was bigger than most. The downside to the shower was the water pressure was extremely low. The view was not bad with the exception of the dumpster. Had a nice view of a sunset. The morning breakfast was not great so I passed on eating it. The coffee was doable. The location to downtown Georgetown was less than 10 minutes away which was perfect for me to get to. Overall a decent stay with the exception of those two things I mentioned. That is why I am giving it a four star. I would recommend this place for someone who is looking to be close to downtown Georgetown.”
