I regularly go to slick Willie's and they all know when I come to order. They tell me how long the food will be and they bring it to me. This is what you call customer service and going above and beyond. It sucks that they took the tips portion out of the billing though. They sell traditional bottle sodas free of corn syrup and sweetened with sugar. Their Blue Bell ice cream is a sweet treat but the real draw is the massive snow cone! Goodies snow cones are served in a flower cup and have a delightfully high top crowned with a lovely butterfly gummy and two big, juicy gummy worms. As a bonus these delicious snow cones are a steal at only $3.00! The shop is literally just around the corner of Sylvan Beach.”

“BIG Shaved ice servings. I love the shaved ice here. Always fresh, icy, and never mushy. Great for people of all ages. You can also get it in a to-go container. There are umbrella tables for you to sit and enjoy so there's no need to eat and drive. I called the number and reached an owner who was very concerned with my satisfaction although I didn't have a complaint. I don't eat any other shaved ice since they're open for the season.”

I took a while to order, asked several questions, was indecisive, and even stopped mid order to converse with another guest who approached me at the counter. I had several additional requests and not once did the staff show any type of frustration or lack patience. They made suggestions and EVERYTHING I ate was great! The NOLA sauce on the fried rice (or anything) is a must! Everything was hot and fresh. Needless to say, I'll be going back again and again! Prices were are a huge incentive to return, as well.”
