The corporate people need to consider people like her and the maintenance guy name Steven it's a waiste of time there paying him not doing his job I don't know who is the manager Liz or Steven cuz the guy thinks he knows what his doing but his customer service sucks corporate needs to hide this kind of people in the back it's bad for business probably in the mean time I will rent a unit here I'm settled in a better one now but really love Liz customer service”

It was cut far too thick for a prime strip and came out lightly seared and rare in the middle. I didn't really enjoy it and it was definitely not memorable like most steaks at Bob's. The carrot cake I had for dessert was way over mixed and dense. Didn't care for that either. Everything else was very good.”
