Park

“Nice place this goes for 15200 Memorial Drive parking lot including the parking lot on Memorial Mews. However, DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES INSIDE YOUR VEHICLE!!!!! NO MATTER WHERE YOU HIDE THEM THE THIEVES WILL FIND THEM!!! EITHER LEAVE THEM AT HOME or CARRY YOUR WALLET OR PURSE WITH YOU ON THE TRAILS. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE LACK OF BROKEN GLASS IN THE PARKING LOT. OR LACK OF SIGNS THAT SAY NOT TO LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR VEHICLE. REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT IN A SMALL RURAL TOWN POPULATION 10. IT HAPPENS ALL YEAR, So protect yourself from the headache in the HARRIS COUNTY PARKS. AS THEY ARE ONLY AS SAFE AS YOU MAKE THEM. WHEN YOUR ON THE TRAILS PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR SURROUNDINGS. The most important thing to know when coming here is to DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR VEHICLE. IF YOU DO PEOPLE WILL BREAK INTO YOUR VEHICLE, and FIND WHERE YOU HID THEM. DON'T BE STUPID AND THINK IT WON'T HAPPEN TO YOU. IT'S NOT IF......IT'S A MATTER OF WHEN. And if you have left stuff in your vehicle, and nothing has happened yet. Then you have been very fortunate. ** The park is only as safe as you make it. Don't be a victim. Don't bring cash, credit cards, social security cards,or anything you don't want to disappear. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR SURROUNDINGS and you should be fine. AGAIN if you FAIL TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE and your vehicle gets broken into, don't look for a Pity party for your own stupidity. For Christ sake it's Houston people and not the best surrounding area of town.”

I wish they would place benches near the water sprinkler like they have around the other play areas so parents can sit while the kids have fun. This place is always clean and comfortable. We love it, I've told my other friends about it too.”

Cullinan Park

Address: 12414 Highway 6 S, Sugar Land, TX 77498, USA

Park

“Beautiful place, lovely and serene. There should be clearer markers on the paths though because it is SO easy to get lost. But it's enjoyable at times, gives you a taste of nature. It's sad though, that teens and even some adults don't understand that the alligators will not harm you and hence, they agitate them by throwing things at them. No one is even there to ask them to stop, and they don't stop if you ask unless you have a badge.”

Dog Park

Address: 7500 Bay Area Blvd, Houston, TX 77058, USA

Park

“Great dog park, wash stands , sitting areas, fresh water, lots of space and (mostly) nice, responsible, fellow dog owners. Been coming here for 3 years and never had any problems, the surrounding park provides plenty of space to walk/run with your dog after fun in the park. The only negative is that water does not drain from certain areas of the park, so keeping your dog mud free, can sometimes, be a challenge. However, their is plenty of space here, so as long as it's not the day after a heavy rain, you can manage your way out of the mud ok.”
