“I celebrated a milestone birthday at Falcon Point Ranch. Despite the blazing heat and oppressive humidity of coastal Texas in June, we had a great experience. The accommodations are nice. Nothing super-fancy, but perfectly acceptable for two days of fishing. We had capable guides that put us on some fish. Despite the tough weather conditions and local rains, the sea trout bite was amazing. We struggled a bit to find the reds. I really enjoyed my visit to Falcon Point Ranch.”

“Such a beautiful park. It has everything you need: a Pavilion, a path, shade, benches, a pond, a playground, and a skate park. This park is the complete package and it's right next to a community center. I'm not sure how long the path is, but I think it's about a mile around. It goes through a forest and leads you to a beautiful lake. It has areas with shade and benches on the side. The skate park is huge. Seriously. It has lots of room and when I went, they were holding an event. Everytime I pass by here I always see skaters. So if your a skater, this is the park to go to. This park has it all. If you want a place to relax or spend time with family, this is your park. 10/10 would definitely recommend.”

“This is an awesome park. My kids love it. The park has swing slides monkey bar rope balancing zip lines and a beautiful landscape. There is a pavilion as well. Couple of drawbacks I see is there is no public restrooms and one of the zip lines is broken. Nevertheless this park is very good for hangout for kids..”

“First of all, my guide's name was Laird, and he did an outstanding job of providing flora and fauna information as well as history. I've done a few state-park guided tours, and this was the best one thus far. Well worth making the reservation to do this tour. Guadalupe River SP is nice, but Honey Creek is the best part of the area IMO. Highly recommend the tour.”

“Had a blast at this place last weekend. The tents were very comfortable and clean and the facilities were well maintained and easily accessible. The cabanas along the river made for the perfect spot for grilling with close access to the San Marcos river which was the perfect spot to hang out during the heat of the day. The property manager is Xavier and he took care of everything that was needed. He went out of his way to make sure that everyone was taken care of. We will definitely be back. Tom and Cindy”

“A nice quiet park that is well maintained just like the other Frisco parks. There is a covered pavilion with tables and electricity, A basketball court, A baseball backstop fence, a playground, a loop sidewalk trail, and a large open field. The water fountain looked dirty but it was a rainy week. There were also active ant mounds in the field. Dress for the weather especially if it's windy this park is out in the open and gets very windy.”

“We had a great time at Open Air. We stayed in the Lucille which was spacious enough for a couple but could probably fit 2-3 more kids/adults. The unit was well equipped and we found the beds to be firm but comfortable. The resort was quiet and had extra bathrooms and showers - we didn't try out the other amenities. Our only con was a few cleanliness issues in the unit mainly that the floors were dirty - so much that the bottom of husband's feet were black after walking on them. We would still stay again - just bring our swifter or wear house shoes.”

“Chris was very nice and helpful from the moment we got there. He assisted us with setting up since we were new to the RV world. They have a playground and huge area with grass to play ball. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The neighbors were very nice as well. Jeff informed us about all the amenities that would be added and the new things that were coming. We had a situation come up and Jeff worked with us to find a solution. They are very nice people, would definitely recommend.”

“Doe Branch Park is a hidden gem located at the end of the Paloma Creek neighborhood. The park features a secluded trail and boat ramp, making it the perfect spot for kayaking and exploring nature. The trails are unmarked, adding to the sense of adventure and exploration. Overall, I recommend Doe Branch Park for anyone looking for a peaceful and secluded spot to enjoy the great outdoors.”

“This park is great! The playground is brand new. There is a splash pad that's open during summer months. There are plenty of slides, swings. It has a pavilion, picnic tables, restrooms, water fountain, walking/hiking trails, basketball court. It connects to a pickle ball court. Plenty of parking. Overall great park for kids of all ages.”

“Overall: An enjoyable experience Wide open space for the doggies to run. Best part is the more than a century old graveyard in the back and the historical singing pipes featured about midway on the trail. There aren't usually lots of people here so the vibe is relaxed. There is a small park for kids in the back but really, it's more about the historical reflection... Take a walk through the past at Opportunity Park!”

“Nice park here with a good size walking trail. The walking trail is paved. It's just a large rectangle, which I suppose makes it ideal for soccer games. There is a playground but I didn't see any portable restrooms as with other parks. The grass is getting there but it's still full of weeds and stickers. It's probably as good as it gets in El Paso.”
