“I stop here to eat my brown bag lunch quite frequently. It's a very expansive park with excellent walking trails and ponds for viewing waterfowl and other wildlife. I've seen an osprey dive in and grab a goldfish which was pretty cool.”

“My husband and I came out for a quick morning hike and it was a beautiful trail. I can't remember the name of the trail we took. It was well maintained. It did have two different mileage statements for the same trail, but other than that it was well marked.”

“The only place I've ever seen where you can find fossils laying around all over the place... You can see layer upon layer of history. It also is one of the highest points in the area which provides an AMAZING vantage point allowing you to see almost all the way to into Cincinnati.”

“I would give this place 5 stars but there's just not enough parking. It's pretty crazy on the weekends and in the afternoons on the weekdays. People drive around for 20 or 30 minutes looking for a parking space. Once you find a space the place is beautiful and has a lot of nice trails to walk around on.”

“The trails is beautiful. But if you want to park there you better get there early there's only 10 parking spots. There's no place to park after that. You can't park on the side of the road just those 10 parking spots. They need more parking!!! Waited for over 30 minutes for someone to come back to their car so I could park. Was too scared the park on the grass because I didn't want to be towed. Knew it would be at my expense. No handicap. That should be a necessity.”

“This is a very nice park. Tent ⛺ camping is $20 a night. It includes water and electricity. They have a long list of rules. But if you follow the rules you will have no problems. Nice beach. But very popular, so it's crowded.”

“Well is was winter so no roses, but there are hundreds of rose bushes in many varieties here (signs name them) and that will be amazing later in the year. We went for a walk up the creekside trail and the bird sounds were glorious! So many birds. At the end of the trail we came a beautiful tree starting to blossom with a huge USA flag flying in the background. We loved this place and will be back many times I'm sure.”

“My wife and I lost our son four years ago. Even now, typing this, tears are streaming down both eyes. Many times I have to work all night and go home and pass the cemetery in the morning. I am not dressed nice and very tired, but I want to visit my son. Sometimes I have to use the bathroom at the main building. I come in looking like some ragged homeless person and I am treated like a visiting royal dignitary, always a smile and polite as can be. I am very grateful that I don't have to "prove" I have a dead son to be treated with 100% respect. I don't have to say anything at all, they treat everyone with respect and honor. I also know that any time I want, I can ask to be driven to the grave from their main office. They are very sweet and the few times I want to chat with them, they genuinely feel sympathy, clearly. Not an act. I'm the kind of person that if I ever felt otherwise, I'd be hesitant to go. They are wonderful and I feel comfort from their respect to all who enter.”

“The grass area is pretty big to play soccer with the little ones or maybe throw a football. The playground is not that big, but it has enough for about 5 - 10 kids. On the south end there are hammocks, ping pong and corn hole bases. The best part is the pool area but keep in mind you need a fob to enter.”
