“The Location: Cityscape Apts 6467 Melody Lane Dallas, TX 75231. This is one of 4 Stray cats roaming around our apt complex. In all types of Weather, day n night, with no shelter. 2 of them have sickness, I’m not even sure if they have had any recent shots, This has been ongoing, one of these cats meow so much when he hears people around including me, I was almost literally attacked by one- I assume the cat was desperate. Please do something, Please pick them up, there are 4 Strays here. I’m scared to take them because of their current conditions & the ability to attack.”

“The store has a great selection with average pricing. They offer grooming and stations you can rent out to was your pet on your own. But what I gave the 5 stars for is the customer service. I called to ask about a very specific product and Kaitlyn answered. She knew exactly what I was talking about and was a joy to converse with. When we went to get what I needed, a young man greeted us and took is directly to the area. We stayed to look around and see what else they had. When finished we checked out and it was Kaitlyn again. She remembered the conversation and was just as sweet and pleasant to speak with in person. Friendliness, product knowledge, and great customer service will keep this place open for a good while.”

“This is a warm, friendly place where everyone loves dogs. We followed our groomer Devon there who we love! She’s so awesome with Calvin, our (very excitable) cocker spaniel (aren’t they all?). He loves Devon and is so comfortable and calm with her. I was also impressed with the price which is very reasonable. Easy decision—5 stars.”

“This place is the go to place for all your exotic pet needs. My wife and I were looking for a pet ball python for our daughter. We called the store and said they have what we needed. Upon arriving at the pet store the staff/owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all her products and pets. We have been going back there even though we live 30 mins away. We have pet stores closer to us but we choose to go there. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs exotic pet needs. They also have cool animals to look at while you are there. “We bring our dog Ash in for grooming and he can be a handful for a groomer because he doesnt like the hair clippers around his face and front feet. He will nip and get mean because hes scared. The groomers are very professional and treat the dogs the best they can even when they get nipped. Ash always looks great , the only thing that they might improve on is time that it takes for the grooming and baths is sometimes 4 hrs or more, maybe that has to do with the amount of dogs they schedule? Not sure but other wise they do a great job grooming.”

“The first time I went, I thought it was a little pricey. But I’ve kept going, and have found it very reasonable since then. I have two elderly rescue dogs, and we’ve been graciously accepted as walk-ins more times than I care to say. Dr. Homer takes all the time he needs, every time. He is very supportive of decisions about quality of life for pets and humans alike. The staff are great people, too. Always kind and in good humor, no matter how busy.”

They are simply untrue. I would happily recommend them personally to ANYONE, whether you are happy with your vet or not! If you do some research on surrounding providers and how some of them utilize money saving techniques above the best interest of your pet, you wouldn’t be anything less than horrified. They DO NOT use these painful techniques. I immediately moved ALL of my pets who were scheduled at KAAWS to this office, after my first time here.
