“I like this CVS and have been coming here for over 5 years, but I only buy alcohol cause it's state minimum and it's close to home. If I need food, I'll usually hit the grocery store as I try to plan ahead. I've never filled prescriptions here, so I can't comment about that, but from my perspective, everyone has always been very nice at this location and I like it a lot. It's always very clean and organized; never too busy. I'm extremely aware and conscientious of business practices and after a half a decade, I'd think I'd recognize what I see. If you look at my photos, you can see the manager, Juanita, changing the trash--that is a hard worker right there! She's the manager but isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. I think this is due to them being a little under-staffed, but even so, they do a great job keeping this location awesome by any means. Look at the amount of cars parked at CVS, speaks volumes.”

“I just renewed my lease to reside here at the property another year. The location is amazing considering it is in the middle of Dallas- Ft. Worth surrounded by highways and tollways that connect to pretty much anywhere you need to around DFW. My children's schools and daycare are nearby. My work orders when I have any, get taken care of promptly. I was even here during the winter storm and can thankfully say we were without power and water maybe 2 days while I heard from friends and family they were out for weeks. The property has gone through many changes but good ones only to make the property safer and continue making it better than the day before. Yes, I work for this property and can speak on both sides as a resident and part of the management company. Towing seems to be an issue for some BUT not for all. The rules seem strict but in fact they are helpful to most. We put our residents parking needs first to ensure they have space at the end of the day whether it's a carport or open spot. We allow one spot per leaseholder as long as we see current insurance. Visitors can come and go as they please in visitors designated area within a 24 hour day after they register. We do charge a $5 fee after their third visit (resets every 30 days) and that is to allow others to have visitors and to make sure we know who all lives on the property since we do criminal background checks. This also helps make sure we are properly charging the correct allocated water amount to households. Pest control comes every Wednesday and rotates buildings and takes requests. If anyone here has a pest control problem they need to contact the office immediately. Communication is key. We are a multi-living community. Pest issues can come from neighbors, visitors, furniture, stray animals. I do not have pest issues. I found an ant pile outside my door and immediately asked for pest control and the issue was resolved the very next day. They come weekly to prevent issues and address them every Wednesday. If a deeper treatment is needed yes you and your pets and family may need to leave the house a few hours but otherwise they can only leave a safe bait treatment. Everything done on the property is only to make the property safer and nicer.”

“The park was great for watching my niece play her 1st game of tee ball or softball. The reason I did not give 5 stars is when my family & I first arrived we paid at gate & noticed there were no signs stating which # is each field nor did anyone at gate ask if we knew which field to go to & when my sister asked someone who worked at field he did not answer due to the fact he almost ran into my sister who said excuse me 1st & still was ignored & no apology for this employee who was in such a hurry that he almost knocked her down. As I watched this employee continue walking fast, he went up to someone & shook there hand & talked w/ this person just for a minute or 2 then casually walk away & still did not acknowledge my sister who was needing help. I told her forget him as I walked back to gate for assistance. They also did not let coolers in but let people set up pop up tents & chairs. We did not see a water fountain or any of there vendors walking around selling water &/or drinks until we were leaving & noticed ice cream man set up by front gate but was not there when we arrived. We also noticed only 2 O’Boys but maybe there were more that we just didn’t notice.”

“I have been here several years and this place keeps getting better and better. First of all thanks to the maintenance and quick response of the new community manager my issues are resolved. Isabel has been great so far and is very attentive. There is usually enough parking space here I have no issues with that.Towing is enforced which I am happy with because this means the community is taking action in unnecessary vehicles ever being parked here. This place is also bug free as I keep my apartment clean and they service pest control if needed. I recommend this apartments they have been nothing but nice to me. I look forward to being here many years to come.”
