“My husband and I love this place!! We moved in a month ago and everyone from the leasing staff to the maintenance guy has been top notch. They are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The property is well maintained and the park behind the complex is awesome for families and any of your activities. There is a great dog park where they will leave dog toys and balls out for our furry family members on the property. The price is very affordable and there are a bunch of different layouts for your choosing. The location is great, it’s near Walmart and the mall and all of the freeways. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place. I would definitely recommend living here!!!”

“I recently transferred from one unit to another I have lived here at Century medical for over two years now and honestly the new management has been very involved. I had a issue this Friday with my vehicle and the assistant Eli and the property manager were very helpful and thoughtful on my situation. The manager went and even helped me get my car moved and assigned me a space in the heat and all they were very helpful . Also last month I was late on my rent and they were very kind and let me work something out and they gave me my grace period to pay and I like how they let me vent when I’m upset and actually listen . The old management was horrible they wouldn’t give me the time of day . Over all I plan on staying here until I purchase a home as long as the management stays the same .”

“I have been living here for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love my apartment and the complex as a whole. The process does take quite some time to be approved and move in, but the staff is very open and up front about all of this when you express interest. Daniel was working on my application and I absolutely love him. He is very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and THOROUGH. I was very anxious and sent him emails almost daily, but he was very patient and kind. He will not waste your time and let you know up front if you qualify or not. I have a 1bd/1ba and it is very spacious. The apartment was very clean when I moved in and I have yet to have any issues with anything. Absolutely no pests, no mold, no smells, etc. I am very satisfied, especially with it being my first apartment. The area is super nice and quiet and so close to everything literally you can shop and eat right up the street, there’s so many choices! I am completely satisfied and excited to be a resident. “Canterbury Courts is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. My husband, my dog, and I love that it is beautiful and green, pet friendly, and has very kind management. It seems like everyone in the office here works hard to make sure the residents are happy. During the first few months of the pandemic they brought in a food truck every week for us. They also respond to and resolve issues with the apartment quickly and efficiently whether it’s a complaint or maintenance issue. We’ve lived here for over a year and it’s always been very safe and peaceful. We also love that the apartment is in walking distance from Crowley Park which is a beautiful place to walk our dog and we regularly see coyotes and bobcats there. They also have a dog spa to bathe our dog which is one of the best parts of living here. Our dog is large and it’s almost impossible to bathe her in our bathtub so the dog spa makes things so much easier on us. We have only ever had a problem with ants in the apartment being on the second floor and a can of any spray took care of them easily. The rent is pricey and will be raised after you move in which is pretty standard apartment procedure in Dallas. The water bill is shared and can be pretty high as well. As with many apartments the upstairs residents can hear their downstairs neighbors voices pretty clearly and they can hear our footsteps. The walls are very sturdy though and we can never hear the neighbors next to us or behind us. We have always been able to find a place to park though if you get home late you might have to park farther away from your apartment. Overall, we truly love this beautiful community and living here.”
