“I have lived at the Marquis twice over the past few years. The original management team would have gotten one star (or less if possible). This time around, I moved back here in 2018, the Management Team is amazing. They respond quickly to either an email or telephone message, which I really appreciate. All of the activities they plan make for an awesome sense of community. I met some of my neighbors at one of the events and since then we look out for each other. They cook meals for me and I for them. I keep an eye out on their place when they go out of town. I have not had any maintenance issues in the past year but I do know that the Maintenance staff is the best around. Above all, I absolutely love the location. Set in between beautiful subdivisions but yet has every type of retail available within a couple of miles.”

“I have lived here since January of 2009 and have been extremely happy. The management team is warm, inviting, courteous, respectful, and just plain fun to be around. I’ve never been to the office where the management team doesn’t greet me with a smile and a hug. The customer service is impeccable at this facility. Every time I’ve ever had a maintenance issue it was resolved almost immediately. The maintenance and landscaping team work very hard to keep everything looking beautiful. The fitness center is always kept immaculate with all the latest equipment. They have a business office where you can use their computers and color printers. I love that they host social gatherings all of the time. If you’re looking for a quiet and safe place with amazing staff and neighbors The Mason at Lakemont is the place to be.”
