“I've shopped Chrome for years. As a single mom to 2 teenage daughters and on a very tight budget, the staff ALWAYS pulled out clothes they thought we might like and were within my budget. I'm not a big spender but Holly has never not known my name, known my tight budget or my style. The staff doesn't work on commission so if they're helpful, it's because they truly want to help. This is my "go-to" store to find whatever I need whether it's professional wear, a dress for a wedding in the mountains, or a bathing suit, Chrome has never let me down.”

“This was my first time to this Ross and I was very impressed with the service, the cleanliness and upkeep of the store floor as well as the friendliness of the staff. When we walked in, one of the staff members greeted and welcomed us right at the door. Then as we walked around, a few other staff members greeted us as they saw us. I walked from isle to isle and did not see any clothes on the floor and the clothes, shoes and even furniture were well placed and very pleasing to look at. We stopped in just to look around but we ended up buying clothes just because it was inviting and, well, the prices are good too. As we walked up to the checkout line, another staffer stepped in to check us out so that we didn't really have to stand in a line, which was only 3 deep. A great experience and I'll definitely go back to this particular store.”

“Don't let this small comfort-shoe store fool you- there are many fashionable shoes here at a reasonable price. And the best part? They are ALL comfortable. If they don't have something, it's because it's not in season, but once in season, you'll have a wonderful selection of shoes, boots, even heels. I have very sensitive feet, so no matter badly I want to find me those stilleto heels or stylish booties, I always limp back to this store after enduring cheaply made shoes. You won't regret shopping here. I repeat- the shoes are COMFORTABLE. So don't be surprised if you don't see stilleto heels or pointy-toe shoes here. Those styles aren't going to be comfortable in general. I highly recommend this store to others.”
