“Ordered a Sportsman Masters 247 from Dylan in October 2022. Took delivery February 13, 2023. Dylan was great to work with, very helpful, and patient. Due to the schedule, there is a few items that need to be addressed when I bring the boat in for 20 hour service. It will be the minor warranty items as well as the full detail he could not get done prior to delivery as he was short staffed. Would I recommend Dylan and Boats Etc? Yes, and I have to several people. The only thing I would caution is to make sure you keep records, as they turn over so many boats, sometimes they confuse customers and what was ordered and agreed to. I ordered the boat with group 31 troll motor batteries, and they installed group 25 or 27. When I realized the error, and pointed it out to Dylan with the emails and order, he promptly addressed it and had it corrected. It was just an oversight due to the volume they handle combined with my special request for larger batteries. But non the less, having the records saved any possible issues from happening. Loving the new Sportsman, and looking forward to dealing with Dylan and his team again soon, even if it is only for service and parts. Darrel Owens”

“I really can't say enough about this amazing company! Missy, Manuel and everyone on the team....they truly are the best of the best! I called needing help with a bee hive that was in my water meter box in my front yard. Missy was so sweet and helped set up an appointment with Manuel for the same day!. He came out (really professional and so great to work with) and rescued the bees and even saved some of the honey for us!! He did a great job and did it in the 100 degree heat too! All with a smile on his face! They sent us photos and followed up with recommendations on how to help ensure a new "Queen Bee" didn't decide to move in to our water meter box in the future! She really made me feel like they wanted business compared to other places I have been. The yard was filled with a good variety of cars. I spent time checking out a few. “Moved on this side of town around August and the staff here is awesome! Food at the restaurant is amazing! So many different options and variety to choose from in this store! So clean and organized! 10 stars if I could! Only thing I’d like to see change is the mask policy. So many people walk in and out without mask during this pandemic & having to work 40hrs a week with a mask, I know it’s hard to delegate but it is unfair when others can’t take responsibility also. “Pretty cool... *Fountain Drinks are sometimes bleh *Hot foods decent taste *Selection and Deals are pretty competitive with other stores even if they have a Walmart-y flavor. *Gas prices compete with Murphy's across the street, so they're the lowest *Occasionally out of my brands *Walmart pay is goofy about gas, so I have to out money on gift card and is at the pump but then I get the $.03 back for each gallon so it works out. ~ALL in all its pretty great (though I'm still in love with the quicker trip's fountain Drinks!) 😉”

HOWEVER the Dairy Queen on the east side of Sherman Texas is an exception! My burger was hot, juicy and made to order, my fries were fresh and the attitude of the staff showed a servents heart!
