“Shanelle was awesome! I started the application online the night before to reserve a unit but did not complete the payment portion. I like to do that in person. I showed up early at 9:15 they don't open until 9:30 so I went to Dollar tree across the street. As I was headed back I got a call from her at 9:33 and she asked if I need help completing the application for the Unit rental. I told her I would be there in 2 mins which I was. The whole process was smooth and seamless. She showed me the unit and we were done within 5 to 10 mins! Also kudos to her for checking in with me as soon as they opened! He was very transparent with everything upfront. He was honest about everything and once he finished diagnostics he called me over told me exactly what the problem was he told me the cost for parts and labor and asked if I wanted to proceed with repairs that type of transparency is what I look for in a shop.
