Their workers at all their different positions were super helpful and knowledgable about everything there. I was so excited to find my Staghorn fern I have been searching the longest time for. As I stood in line with my items, Richie, the cashier working both registers I might add, is not only giving Great customer service, but he did a great job of promoting the store's specials that were currently going on. He was letting people know that were in line, so they could go grab the item that they were unaware about without holding up the register. He was friendly, courteous, and overall a great employee for Stripes. As a person who has worked in customer service for years, I must say, Richie is the epitome of GREAT customer service. “Not generally a huge review writer, but these guys deserve for others to hear about our experience. We bought a home that had old porcelain tile, and we went to Couture to get quoted for wood flooring as a replacement. Their quote was competitive, but honestly in retrospect their quality of installation and support would have been worth even a higher price. Their designer was super helpful in picking out a wood tone that worked in the house, and the owner Jed was super helpful throughout. They did a great job on the demo of the old tile, and didn’t cause any damage to baseboards or cabinets in the process. They even made sure to clean up consistently. That didn't seem to be a huge deal until we experienced the amount of dust and debris caused by all the demo - it was a lot. They did a great job installing wood throughout the house, even though it had a slightly different height than the tile. They even came back out when a cabinet replacement created a gap in a couple boards and replaced them. I don’t know them other than this project, but am definitely a fan now. We have also done some other projects around the house since moving in, and let’s just say I wish all contractors were as attentive and responsible as these guys were. “I had heard good things about Cransh from a coworker of my wife. Our daughter was looking for a used car to replace her 12-year-old Ford Escape. I went there on a Saturday with a friend hoping to see a Honda CR-V that was in their online inventory. My "first impression" was not great as they seemed a bit busy and the first person who approached us had no personality or evident experience with good customer service. Later we approached Jason who was busy writing something up. Again, not the best first impression as he didn't look me in the eye or show much interest at first. Eventually he came to assist us and gave us his attention. The car we came to see had already been sold, so we looked over the medium sized SUVs they had on hand. We found a 2015 Acura RDX that looked in good condition. It apparently was a one-owner vehicle and had a positive Carfax report. We test drove it and didn't find any concerns. It had new tires, a clean interior, and several parts had been replaced including the timing belt. My daughter went by it see it before they closed after work; she loved it! Now for the important part! We wanted to have it checked out by our own mechanic. Jason said it would be fine, so I returned on the following Monday and did just that. My mechanic drove it and put it on a rack to give it a somewhat cursory inspection. He gave it a thumbs up. So we decided to purchase it, completed the paperwork and we were done. Jason made everything quite easy and based on our experience with them I would recommend them.”

“Staying at out town at spring hills suites in Addison(don’t stay there) and our catalytic converter was stolen in broad day light. Needed to leave the next morning and dealership said they have a 6 mo back order for that part. Called a few shops in the area and this shop was super helpful over the phone said he could fix it right away when they open in the morning with an aftermarket catalytic converter. Got there at 8:30 and was done in an hour. Very talented welder. No check engine light like a lot of people warn about using the am catalytic converter. Amazing service!”
