“Disrupt is AMAZING!! I sustained an injury running a couple years ago and was told by a local Ortho that surgery would be the only option if I continued to run and the pain returned. Thankfully I met Rachel through CrossFit, and after talking to her briefly about the issue, she was positive that she could help me rehab the injury (no crazy surgery necessary!). “I have seen Dr. Williams for several years. I had been to another doctor in the past but my experience was not a good one. The first time I saw Dr. Williams he diagnosed my problem and told me I needed an injection and that would most likely fix my foot. It took me a while to make up my mind because I had been hurt in the past so I explained that to the doctor. He told me the injection wouldn't hurt. I told him he was lying. After that little argument (which really wasn't), he gave me the injection with some freezing stuff and it did not hurt! I was so happy and the foot did get better. I recommend Dr.Mitchell Williams whole heartedly for any foot pronlem! He moved to another office since I saw him last and I just found him on Google thank goodness. I trust his diagnosis and his treatment.”
