“If you want your car fixed, they can do it. If you want it fixed right and in top shape, they can do that too. It's nice that they give you different options for different costs of repair. I have had numerous repairs done on a few of our cars and I was always given options for the repairs. None were bad options, but some meant the car would cost a little more, but use higher quality parts and/or fix some things that would be considered preventative maintenance while keeping labor costs lower.”

They were a little bit more, but competitively priced. The little extra was worth it because of the entire experience, their responsive, the quality of materials used, and the quality of workmanship. Total professional experience. The previous water heaters were not installed to code. Zac took care of it. We are going to have a water softener installed, and a gas line ran to the back patio for a grill. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. I had a very clear image in my head of what I wanted in regards to flowers but I just didn’t know how to explain it. Well I didn’t even have to worry about that because Wendee was able to capture exactly what I wanted somewhere in between my weird explanations. She asked the right questions and somehow understood perfectly what I wanted. I see beautiful flowers at work all the time but I can confidently say that the floral art that Wendee created for my wedding was the best I’ve ever seen! “Cellgate has been a tremendous company to work with. Our unit has been installed roughly a year ago to date and it has worked flawlessly. We couldn't be happier with the support and the unit itself with its solid construction and its aesthetically pleasing design. The backlit buttons are also a huge plus. Any issues we've run into have been promptly fixed by the fantastic team over at their support line. The only problem that seems to only have a temporary fix is timed codes. I have been in touch will the team at Cellgate to have the issue fixed and I am still very pleased with their customer service. The website & app undoubtedly need updating, but they work flawlessly, so there is no problem there. Thank you.”
